About That Mideast Peace Treaty...
Last week on Thursday October 2, I pointed out three things that prove that President Trump's treaty was NOT “THE“ infamous Daniel 9 seven-year peace treaty. If you missed reading the article last week, or want the backup scriptures, etc., CLICK HERE. But here's a quick summary of my three reasons:
1. The treaty is signed post-Rapture.
2. The architect of the treaty is Jewish and homosexual.
3. An existing treaty/covenant must already be in place that will be "strengthened."
I thought it was interesting that two days later Jeff Childers wrote:
Trump's plan now shows more promise than anything else in living memory.…the [NY] Times was quick to point out that the 20-point plan is more like a letter of intent rather than something that can be "accepted" per se. They still need to draft some kind of final contract or treaty — and the devil is in the details.
So now we have the hostages being released, a cease fire has been declared, and they are going to work on the 20 or so details...which fits nicely with Daniel 9:27.
If our timeline is correct for the possibility of the Rapture on the next Rosh Hashanah, September 2026, then it will be about a year away before they finish hammering out the details. 🙂 Or, they come up with something that will be rickety and begin to fall apart, that obviously needs amending to work.
Therefore, if President Trump's treaty is the forerunner to Daniel 9:27, the "strengthening" could be just after Rosh Hashanah 2026, likely soon after the Rapture. We'll have our answer if we're still here in October 2026!
Of course, if all this doesn't happen in 2026, I would think any Rosh Hashanah between now and 2033 would be likely.

But if you've read Trump's book, Art of the Deal, you know this was likely staged to show President Trump in control of all the peace negotiations. He wanted the Arabs to see he was not favoring Israel. If so, it worked!
President Trump has, for the foreseeable future, solved the unsolvable—peace in the Middle East by having all the Arabs guard each other. The Nobel Peace Prize will have to be awarded ...

Israel's military tactics are different than most world armies in a lot of ways. For example, officers in the US Army send their troops into battle and they follow them. Israeli officers do the exact opposite—they LEAD troops into combat, and the troops follow them.

Israel’s paid a high price for murdering her God-sent Messiah.
Ezekiel 37 is the amazing prophecy of God bringing Israel back to her homeland after some 2000 years of being scattered around the world. Now things are changing and her punishment is coming to a close.
Using a valley of dry bones to illustrate Israel’s plight of being scattered such a long time around the world, Ezekiel 37 shows us that it would be God Who would restore Israel to world prominence.
Israel has been on God’s back-burner for 2000 years, but that will soon change. Watching Israel return to her homeland in 1948 was another proof that God would fulfill all of His unconditional promises TO ISRAEL, not the Church (like Replacement Theology teaches).
One of the prophesied characteristics of Israel returning to her promised land is that she would have an “exceedingly great” army. God knew Israel, a tiny nation of about 8 million Jews, would be surrounded by some 550 million Muslim enemies.
Despite her strong army, as most any Jew in Israel will tell you, God also used the USA to protect Israel from being conquered by the surrounding Muslims.
Israel’s Fascinating War History
Throughout her history and peaking around 1000 BC in Israel’s heyday, Israel learned to conquer her enemies via trusting God, not her own strength. Remember the story of Gideon… God said Israel was strong enough to defeat the Midianites, but that they would then become boastful (Judges 7).
The horse is prepared for the day of battle, but victory belongs to the LORD. Prov. 21:31
So God reduced Israel’s army down to only 300 men to fight the 135,000 Midianites to prove it was God who is in control and determines who wins wars (Judges 8:10).
Some boast in chariots and some in horses, but we will boast in the name of the LORD, our God. Psa. 20:7
Victories always come from God, but as always in war, some men usually die. So Israel knows she has to prepare her troops for battle. However, even then it is the Lord doing the training.
Blessed be the LORD, my rock, Who trains my hands for war, and my fingers for battle; Psa. 144:1
For myriads of reasons, God warned Israel to be very careful before going to war.
Prepare plans by consultation, and make war by wise guidance. Prov. 20:18
Drawing from her past, today Israel is a model of fighting efficiency. She’s the strongest army by far in the Middle East.

Israel won her three major wars:
Their war for independence in 1948
The Six-Day war in 1967
The Yom Kippur war in 1973
They won those even though the Arabs had far more money and troops.
The IDF Troops
At 18 years of age, all males must join the army for three years of active duty. After active duty, males are on reserve status until the age of 40.
Females also must join the army for two years of active duty and have three years of reserve, unless they are married or pregnant.
So the result is that the entire nation is military trained. With Israel training troops year round, it's common to be around IDF forces on our tours to the promised land. In the picture below, our tour group ran across a military vehicle full of soldiers and they let us pray for them.
So we circled the vehicle, held hands and prayed. It was emotional for them and us!
The exception to all Israel kids joining the IDF at 18 is the Ultra-Orthodox Jews. Sometimes referred to as “Rabbinical Jews,” these scripturally dedicated Jews spend most of their time studying and dissecting God’s Word (Old Testament).
This causes tension between the Ultra-Orthodox Jews, who represent 18% of the population, and the more secular Jews, some 80% of the population.
Of the non-Ultra-Orthodox Jews, about half go to a synagogue one to three times a month. The other half still are committed Jews, but they rarely, if ever, go to the synagogue. They're sorta like those who call themselves Christians but only go to church on Christmas and Easter.
The hat an Ultra-Orthodox Jewish male wears tells you which order he belongs to.
They all wear mostly black and explain that when their Messiah comes they will wear colors.
And of those Jews who do go faithfully to a synagogue, about 20% consider themselves to be "religious Jews" and wear a kippah—which is a small round head covering about 6-8 inches in diameter.
This is why you'll see lots of Jews wearing a kippah with regular everyday clothing,
Ultra-Orthodox also spend a lot of time studying the OT scriptures. So they know they are sinners in need of a savior. That's why if you tell an Ultra-Orthodox guy you have God living in you, he will want to fight you. To them that's blasphemy.
Because of the Ultra-Orthodox emphasis on large families, they have an average of 6-7 kids. So their numbers are growing quite rapidly.
Due to their 100% bloc-voting in elections, it’s hard to win national contests without first securing the 1.4 million Ultra-Orthodox votes.
The result is that the Ultra-Orthodox have used their political strength to gain exemptions from paying taxes and serving in the military. They are also supported financially by the Israeli government with monthly stipends based on how many children they have.
By not training and/or not serving in the IDF, it places the Ultra-Orthodox at odds with most other Israelis whose family members all join the IDF and risk their lives to protect against Israel’s enemies that surround them on all sides.
(BTW—There’s a prophetic tie-in to the Ultra-Orthodox Jews. The famous 144K Jewish witnesses who show up at the beginning of the Tribulation will come from this group. CLICK HERE to read how we know that.)
Those Israelis who do serve in the military have no choice but to grow up fast at 18 years of age. They quickly learn that those half-billion Muslims surrounding them want to exterminate their entire nation. (See Middle East map above)
Those three years of active duty for men leave a lasting mark. The scars of PTSD are common. At the end of their three years of service, a sizable number travel around the world for up to a year trying to understand why so many people hate their guts.
After military service/travel, finding a wife comes next. 99% of Jews marry Jewish women. And Israel is God's chosen forever.
“For you are a holy people to the LORD your God; the LORD your God has chosen you to be a people for His own possession out of all the peoples who are on the face of the earth." Deut. 7:6
And one day there will be a Jewish King reigning over the earth from Mt. Moriah in Jerusalem.

First Female Archbishop of Canterbury

The Church of England named the 106th Archbishop of Canterbury yesterday, making her the first woman to lead the Christian ministry in its over 1,400-year history. She will formally assume the role in early 2026.
Mullally, a former cancer nurse appointed the first female bishop of London in 2018, will succeed Justin Welby, who resigned in November amid accusations he mishandled widespread physical and sexual abuse of boys and men.
Experts expect Mullally to address subsequent distrust in the church as well as internal divisions over same-sex marriage and assisted dying.
Speaking at Canterbury Cathedral recently, the 63-year-old also expressed solidarity with the Jewish community following Thursday's deadly car and stabbing attack at a Manchester synagogue.
BP note: Since church leaders are supposed to be the "husband of one wife" (1Tim 3:2b), my guess is that her solving the divisions over same-sex marriage and assisted dying will be based on emotions, not scripture. But hey, she supports Israel, so there's a small upside.

The European Union, meanwhile, is moving rapidly ahead with its EU “digital wallet” that will include digital ID, digital currency, health records, and much more. Even liberty-minded Switzerland just approved a “voluntary” digital ID plan.
(As a point of reference, we believe the Bible teaches the Revelation 13 MOTB comes in the 2nd half of the 7-year Tribulation.)

Before this year, U.S. health officials — following recommendations by infectious disease experts — recommended annual COVID-19 boosters for all Americans ages 6 months and older. The idea was to update protection against the coronavirus as it continues to evolve.

OSHA Admits It Told Healthcare Employers NOT to Report COVID Vaccine Injuries

After a whistleblower alerted The Defender, an OSHA spokesperson confirmed an internal directive telling healthcare employers not to report or track COVID-19 vaccine injuries. OSHA removed the policy from its website after inquiries from The Defender. Critics said the directive concealed the scope of vaccine injuries and made it difficult for injured workers to obtain workers’ compensation or disability benefits.
The federal agency that oversees workplace safety exempted healthcare employers from reporting workers’ adverse reactions to
mandated COVID-19 vaccines, according to a healthcare industry whistleblower.
