Goliath
The first thing that usually comes to mind regarding giants in the Bible is Goliath—of the Bible story of David and Goliath. You know the slingshot story in 1Sam. 17 that took place about 1020 BC.
Goliath was a Philistine warrior whose height was around 9’ 10” tall… that’s tall! He was connected to the Rephaites through his family tree. (2Sam. 21:15-22)
The Rephaim are mentioned in the Bible and refer to an ancient group in the Middle East often associated with giants. They are described as a people of great stature and strength, primarily inhabiting the land of Canaan.
The Raphaites are linked to the Anakim who were the sons of Anak who are linked to the Nephilim. (Deut. 2:10-11; 20-21)
And the Nephilim, as most Bible prophecy pundits know, were giants living before and after the Flood of Noah. They were the evil kids born from human women having illicit sex with fallen angels.
The Bible doesn’t go into much detail about this, only:
the sons of God [fallen angels] came in to the daughters of men, and they bore children to them. Gen. 6:4b

Giants In The Promised Land
When Moses sent 12 spies into Canaan to see what they were up against (Num. 13), they came back after forty days with good and bad news. The good news was it was a land flowing with milk and honey.
The bad news was the folks who lived there were large and ruthless. And some of the “large” were big-time large.
So they gave out to the sons of Israel a bad report of the land which they had spied out, saying, “The land through which we have gone, in spying it out, is a land that devours its inhabitants; and all the people whom we saw in it are men of great size. There also we saw the Nephilim (the sons of Anak are part of the Nephilim); and we became like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight.” Num. 13:32-33
The Rephaim were quite tall — their king’s bed was 6 feet wide and 13 feet long.
(For only Og king of Bashan was left of the remnant of the Rephaim. Behold, his bedstead was an iron bedstead; it is in Rabbah of the sons of Ammon. Its length was nine cubits and its width four cubits by ordinary cubit.) Deut. 3:11
You know how that turned out…Joshua and Caleb were the only two spies who believed God would give them victory. The other 10 said the occupants/Nephilim were unconquerable. So God delayed their entrance into the Promised Land for 40 years.
When Israel finally did come into the Promised Land, the Rephaites were defeated by Joshua in battle (Gen. 14:5; Joshua 11:21-22)
But even though defeated, some of the Anakin survived and some of those descendants later were linked back to the pre-flood Nephilim of Genesis 6.
And guess where they lived—you’re going to love this—Gath, Ashdod and Gaza! How about that—who knew! (Josh11:21). No wonder Gaza’s such a mess!
All that to say again, we have these Nephilim giants living both before the flood, and after!
BEFORE THE FLOOD
The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God [fallen angels] came in to the daughters of men, and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown. Gen. 6:4
The word Nephilim in Hebrew means “giants.”
Therefore, the Bible says that some of the fallen angels did some shenanigans with human women resulting in offspring the Bible calls Nephilim. These were giants—and were part human and part angel—which means they had to have corrupted DNA.
(Don’t miss the irony of what’s going on today: Satan’s still working to corrupt man’s DNA with the poisonous va((ines.)
The Book of Enoch discusses this sinful disaster.
Since the Book of Enoch is not part of the Cannon of Scripture (the 70 Books of the Bible(*) considered word-for-word, inspired by God that we use today) we can’t use it to absolutely prove anything outside of scripture.
(* Psalms is composed of five books)
But we do know the Book of Enoch contains at least some truth as it’s quoted in Jude 7. And Enoch himself, who is mentioned 12 times in scripture, was a pretty righteous dude because God raptured him from the earth.
Enoch, like Elijah, skipped death and went straight to heaven. Like Born Again Believers expect to do the same someday. CQLJ!
By faith Enoch was taken up so that he would not see death; AND HE WAS NOT FOUND BECAUSE GOD TOOK HIM UP; for he obtained the witness that before his being taken up he was pleasing to God. Heb. 11:5
But, again, we can’t use the Book of Enoch as absolute proof of anything because we don’t know for sure. However, it’s useful to fill in historical info on the subject of giants in the Bible.
Here are some interesting verses in the Book of Enoch that parallel what the Bible says about the Nephilim.
Book of Enoch, Chapter 2, Fallen Angels
1 And it came to pass when the children of men had multiplied that in those days were born unto them beautiful and comely daughters.
2 And the angels, the children of the heaven, saw and lusted after them, and said to one another: "Come, let us choose us wives from among the children of men and beget us children."
3 And Semjaza, who was their leader, said unto them: "I fear ye will not indeed agree to do this deed, and I alone shall have to pay the penalty of a great sin."
4 And they all answered him and said: "Let us all swear an oath, and all bind ourselves by mutual imprecations not to abandon this plan but to do this thing."
5a Then swore they all together and bound themselves by mutual imprecations upon it. And they were in all two hundred; who descended in the days of Jared on the summit of Mount Hermon…
7 And (they all) took unto themselves wives, and each chose for himself one, and they began to go in unto them and to defile themselves with them.
8 And they taught them charms and enchantments, and the cutting of roots [drugs?], and made them acquainted with plants.
9 And they became pregnant, and they bare great giants, whose height was three thousand ells:(*) Who consumed all the acquisitions of men. And when men could no longer sustain them, the giants turned against them and devoured mankind.

Book of Enoch, Chapter 5, Words of Righteousness
Enoch 5:29 Evil spirits have proceeded from their bodies; because they are born from men and from the Watchers is their beginning and primal origin; they shall be evil spirits on earth, and evil spirits shall they be called.
Enoch 5:30 And the spirits of the giants afflict, oppress, destroy, attack, do battle, and work destruction on the earth, and cause trouble. They take no food, but nevertheless hunger and thirst, and cause offences.
Not having souls, once the giants had died they became roaming spirits of the earth. Being able to inhabit the bodies of men and women, animals, and other forms.
AFTER THE FLOOD
The Bible mentions the Nephilim being on earth AFTER the flood:
“There also we saw the Nephilim (the sons of Anak are part of the Nephilim); and we became like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight.” Num. 13:33
Nephilim living after the flood is a little creepy because the entire earth’s population came from Noah’s three sons and their wives. So how were these “after the flood” peeps humanly related?
Noah was a sinner but was found righteous.
But Noah found favor in the eyes of the LORD. Gen. 6:8
This verse doesn’t say his sons and/or wives found favor. Hmmm….
Regardless, we assume Noah’s family members were all Believers who went to heaven. But since the entire post-flood earth came from Noah’s three sons, these post-flood Nephilim/Rephaim were definitely related to Noah, therefore human.
But how could their post-flood offspring inherit pre-flood corrupted genes? Did one or more of Noah’s sons’ wives pass along some bad DNA from all the sexual shenanigans between humans and angels going on in the world before the flood?
It may not have been one of the son’s wives to blame, but maybe a distant relative who passed down some corrupted DNA of a sinful wife. It’s a mystery.
Or, were there more sexual shenanigans between fallen angels after the flood? That’s what Chuck Missler taught in his book Alien Encounters. It’s an interesting hypothesis!
Although Missler didn’t make the connection, if human genes were corrupted after the flood (more angel shenanigans) you could also make the case that after the flood demons could be sent to Tartarus (abyss).
Jesus’ interaction with the demon-infested man on the banks of the Sea of Galilee shows this is possible.
for many demons had entered him. They [The Demons] were imploring Him not to command them to go away into the abyss. Luke 8:30b-31
“Have You come here to torment us before the time [of torment]?” Matt. 8:29
It’s assumed that the abyss was where the worst of the worst fallen angels (demons) were sent. So it’s possible post-flood demons could make such bad decisions that God would send them to join the rest of the really awful demons in the abyss.
And angels who did not keep their own domain, but abandoned their proper abode, He has kept in eternal bonds under darkness for the judgment of the great day, Jude 6
Regardless of where the corrupted genes came from, these Nephilim genes would have been passed down through the years. This apparently is where post-flood giants came from like Goliath from Gath and another Gath man around 890 BC, 130 years after David killed Goliath:
There was war at Gath again, where there was a man of great stature who had six fingers on each hand and six toes on each foot, twenty-four in number; and he also had been born to the giant. 2Sam. 21:20
Even today people have been born with six fingers on one or both hands. The extra digits are usually removed in early childhood (so their gloves will fit?).
Since the flood, we have to assume these people being born from the weird DNA that produces huge height and/or extra digits came from corrupted DNA from long ago.
Called polydactyly, being born with extra digits happens about seven times per 10,000 births.
There are also many reports of giants being born post-flood. Here's just one...
The San Diego Giant
(Some claim this is a hoax… you decide!)
In 1895 the mummified remains of a giant were unearthed in a cave near San Diego, California.
It was discovered by a party of prospectors and was displayed at the Atlantic exposition while a number of Smithsonian scientists were there.
They asked permission to examine it and when consent was given applied their tapes and found that it measured eight feet four inches from crown to heel.
The body was laid to rest in a 10-foot coffin. The exhibitor agreed to sell it for $500 to the Smithsonian, which sold it in more recent days to an "unknown private collector."

Dr. Jay Winter, a professor of history at Yale University, has critiqued the Book of Enoch (thought to have been written about 300 BC) and also the Book Of Giants written around 270 BC and published in seven languages.
In his Book of Giants, he included the picture above of the San Diego giant and the time-picture of giants discovered in past history at the beginning of this article.
About the height of the giant in the Book of Enoch, 42 feet, well, Winter notes the following:
During the Cretan war from 205–200 BC a massive giant skeleton was discovered on the island. This giant was measured at the length of thirty-three cubits, which equates to nearly 42 feet.
The Roman Lucius Flaccus was a notable eye witness to the gigantic bones, and the Greek writer Phlegon of Tralles also mentions the discovery of several giant skeletons.
In the chart above of the findings around the world of giant fossilized remains is featured the 36 foot skeleton found by the Carthaginians.

Just like every civilization/culture has an oral or written historical story of a global flood, they also have stories of giants who were human shaped and terrorized towns while employing sinful sexual shenanigans.
So it’s likely there is some, or a lot, of truth in these stories.
But the main thing to remember is that there WERE giants before the flood roaming the earth. And there WERE giants after the flood roaming the earth.
So when scripture says just before the Rapture the world will be JUST LIKE the days of Noah, it makes you wonder if that includes giants?

CHAPTER 1
The Watchers [Angels] are grieved over the sins of mankind, and petition God to let them descend to the earth to teach the sons of men righteousness and to rebuke them.
God grants their petition. Azazel is sent to prepare the way for the Watchers. Azazel prepares the way, and the Watchers descend and they begin to teach them righteousness and justice.
Enoch is chosen by the Watchers to serve as a mediator between men and the Watchers.
Chapter 2
The daughters of men lust after the attractive Watchers, and seduce them; Azazel instigates the fall of the 200 Watchers and their followers.

(The women lusting after the angels is in contrast to the Biblical account in Genesis and the account in the Book of Enoch, which tends to put the fault of all the sexual shenanigans on the fallen angels pursuing beautiful women. -BP)

The Watchers fall from their glorious nature, and become bound to fleshly bodies as a consequence of their joining sexually to flesh. They begin to reveal to their wives heavenly and earthly secrets.
CHAPTER 3
The Watchers have their own families with humans and also with animals, and those that were defiled by them give birth to Giants.
These Giants begin to grow to massive sizes, and become full of greed and corruption.
The children of Cain are no longer able to sustain the Giants with their offerings of vegetables and grain so the Giants turn on them and kill them and begin to eat them. The Giants develop a taste for blood and begin eating any moving thing including each other.
The Watchers teach some of the secrets they were appointed over to keep from the sons of men. The Giants imitate the sins of their fathers, and take for themselves wives and animal mates.
God seeing all this wickedness, sends Enoch to declare to Shemhazah and the fallen Watchers that they will be soon punished for causing the earth to be corrupted.
CHAPTER 4
Enoch is sent by the righteous Watchers to rebuke the fallen Watchers and to declare to them their doom.
Enoch enters the assembly of the fallen Watchers, and gives them the message of doom. They weep and lament and beg Enoch to present to God their petition for mercy and a second chance - to restore them to their former glory and that their sons might have eternal life.
They required a messenger to talk to God because God had since stopped talking to them after their transgression. Enoch hears their case and tells them he will talk to God on their behalf.
CHAPTER 5
Enoch, having written the petition of the fallen Watchers and discussing it with God, receives a vision from God as a response, and Enoch writes the vision for the fallen Watchers in a book and gives the book to them.
Enoch declares to them they will not be forgiven, and describes for them his ascent into the presence of God, where he was given a message for them.
CHAPTER 6
Enoch received from God an answer for the fallen Watchers: he is told to tell them why they were not given permission to have sex, and what their punishment is because of it.
He foretells unto them the miserable doom and fate of the offspring of the fallen Watchers, and foretells to them that they will become evil spirits and will not have eternal life but that their years will be no more than 500.
CHAPTER 7
Hobabesh kidnaps another Giant's wife, and starts a war amongst the Giants. When the war was ending, one of Ohyah's companions was killed by Mahaway. Ohyah mourns with his father Shemhazah about his friend, and they curse Mahaway.
Mahaway defends himself, appealing to the words of his father Baraqel as justification. Ohyah gets angry and attempts to kill Mahaway, but Gilgamesh and the other Giants prevent Ohyah from doing so, and they ward off Ohyah's murderous intentions.
CHAPTER 8
Gilgamesh has a dream, but interprets it as indicating the Giants will not be punished. The Giants celebrate but aren't entirely convinced, and subsequent to this, Ohyah and Hahyah have dreams of their own.
They seek the interpretation of the dreams, but none of the Giants can declare to them what the meaning of their dreams are, so the Giants have Mahaway go to Enoch in order to learn from him the meaning of the dreams and to learn what the fate of the Giants will be.
Enoch proceeds to give Mahaway the answer, and he writes it down in a tablet, and gives a second tablet as well to Mahaway intended for Shemhazah and the Watchers, and he sends Mahaway back to the Giants with the two tablets.
CHAPTER 9
Mahaway flies back to the Giants with the two tablets. And Mahaway tells them of his journey to Enoch and of Enoch saving his life. He tells them that Enoch had given him two tablets and revealed everything they had wanted to know form him.
The first tablet is read. The Giants discuss the contents of the first tablet after it is finished being read, and realize they are doomed, and they lament over their miserable fate.
They then have the second tablet read. Enoch tells Shemhazah that he and the other fallen Watchers will soon be bound, but that the Giants should repent and pray, for they still have a chance to benefit from reformation of their lives.
CHAPTER 10
Shemhazah urges his two sons Ohyah and Hahyah to reform their lives in the hopes that they will be yet given mercy. Ohyah and Hahyah listen to the advice of Shemhazah and attempt to convince the Giants to reform themselves, teaching them through proverbs where true success is found.
The Giants seek to reform their lives. Enoch is sent to declare to the Watchers that within 120 years, they would all be bound in a dark prison of punishment for their sins, and that their sons would all be destroyed from off the face of the earth.
Noah begins to build the Ark.
CHAPTER 11
The Giants lament over Azazel being bound, and then they and the Watchers, seeing that they were not bound or destroyed vaunted themselves.
When this happened, Gabriel the archangel was sent to incite the Giants to commit civil war against themselves and their offspring, and they all began to kill each other and the Watchers beheld the destruction of their families.
When the war of the Giants ends with few survivors, all of the fallen Watchers are subsequently bound by the angels into the dark prison of punishment.
CHAPTER 12
Noah goes into the Ark, and the flood comes, and begins to kill all life, but not all the Giants are killed by the flood. In order to fix this, Yehuweh sends the Leviathan, and it begins to kill all the Giants and their sons who survived.
Ohyah alone survives the attacks of the Leviathan, and kills the Leviathan. The archangel Raphael is sent by Yehuweh in order to punish Ohyah for killing the Leviathan, and to finally restore the earth to purity.
Ohyah is killed and bound in the dark prison of punishment with the fallen Watchers.The flood being over, and the Giants and their sons still remaining on the earth without bodies, become evil spirits.
They are given a law by an angel of Yehuweh how they are to live if they want to avoid being sent to the dark prison of punishment that the Watchers were sent to. And this explains how the Nephilim came to be on the earth after the flood.

Britain’s ruling Labour Party reversed a prior ban, unleashing local governments to impose so-called “15-minute city” ordinances.
The first enthusiastic participant was the city of Oxford, where the city council promptly proposed to divide the city into six “15-minute neighbourhoods.”
Residents will get little local passports, which ration a certain number of trips outside their designated living zones. After that, they’ll be subject to escalating fines. For now.
The idea, if you can call it that, falls apart under the most trivial examination. They’re not even doing it right. Fifteen-minute cities were originally a design template, for building new types of cities that would be divided into regions, with each region containing everything people needed —stores, government agencies, parks, stadiums, schools, churches.

Spain’s socialist-led government has announced plans to grant legal status to about half a million illegal immigrants.
The proposal, presented on Jan. 27, would allow about 500,000 illegal immigrants already living and working in Spain to get legal status through an accelerated process.
The draft decree would significantly expand access to residence permits and would not require parliamentary approval.

On Thursday in Davos, Moderna CEO Stephane Bancel sat for an interview with Bloomberg News. He announced that Moderna no longer plans to invest in any new late-stage vaccine trials.
It is pulling the plug. Easing into vaccine retirement. Not just on its unsafe and ineffective covid drug, but presumably on the entire inventory of mRNA “vaccines” in development.
That was pretty good. But then came perhaps the best news we’ve heard yet. Bancel told Bloomberg the reason for the pullback was that regulatory delays and little support from the authorities make the market size “much smaller.”
In plain English: the FDA is now making Moderna prove safety and efficacy in placebo-controlled trials, and Bancel knows his mRNA pipeline products can never meet that standard, not without help from inside. And he’s not getting that help.

Eating Kiwifruit Increases Skin Density by 48% and Epidermal Regeneration by 30% via Raising Skin Vitamin C Levels
Vitamin C (ascorbate) is present in every major compartment of human skin, and its biology is well established: it supports collagen-related processes in fibroblasts, helps buffer oxidative stress, and can influence keratinocyte behavior. Most of the popular conversation focuses on topical vitamin C, largely because getting nutrients “into skin” through the bloodstream is often assumed to be limited or inconsistent.
A new Journal of Investigative Dermatology study tackles that question directly. The authors first mapped vitamin C levels across human skin layers, then ran a simple pilot intervention: participants with lower vitamin C status ate two SunGold kiwifruit daily for 8 weeks (about 250 mg vitamin C/day) and the researchers measured changes in skin vitamin C and skin function.
The results were not subtle: dietary vitamin C intake increased skin vitamin C levels and was associated with measurable improvements in skin density and epidermal cell proliferation.
