Daniel's 70 Weeks
Anyone wishing to understand anything about Bible prophecy related to the last days must correctly understand the Book of Daniel, and specifically Daniel 2 and 9:24-27.
Lucifer apparently knew Daniel's prophecies would be so indispensable to God's people living in the latter days that he sent his head demon from Persia (modern-day Iran) to stop the delivery.
This resulted in a three-week angelic fight, exhausting Gabriel to the point he had to call Michael to come help him.
“Now I have come to give you an understanding of what will happen to your people in the latter days, for the vision pertains to the days yet future...But the prince of the kingdom of Persia was withstanding me for twenty-one days; then behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, for I had been left there with the kings of Persia. Dan. 10:14; 13
John also had his hands full writing the Book of Revelation, which recaps a lot of Daniel's prophecies.
Tradition and apocryphal accounts say Satan had his minions try to boil him alive in Ephesus, but he was miraculously delivered.
Whatcha bet that behind the scenes there was more angelic fighting going on over the Book of Revelation? Calling Dr. Peretti!
So they gave up and banished John to the Isle of Patmos.
This was the perfect place for John to live undistracted as he received the visions from the Lord via God's messenger angel.
The point is, if Satan doesn't want us to know these latter day prophecies, we should be inspired to know and understand them well!
Of course, some denominations won't even study Bible prophecy, or the Book of Revelation, a trend which has Satan's fingerprints all over.
Daniel 9 prophesies the Lord assigns a 490-year period to Israel, after which she will see her sins permanently removed and enjoy the restoration of righteousness—Jesus reigning in the millennium.
Daniel's prophecies were penned 571 years before Jesus presented Himself to the Jews as Messiah by riding into Jerusalem on the foal of a donkey.
When He approached Jerusalem, He saw the city and wept over it saying, “If you had known in this day, even you, the things which make for peace! But now they have been hidden from your eyes. Luke 19:41-42
Daniel's prophecies were so accurate that Jesus wept (Greek = "sobbed") when He topped the Mount of Olives on Palm Sunday riding the foal of a donkey.
Jesus was emotionally upset because the Jewish leadership should have known this was the exact day prophesied for Him to arrive(1), but they missed it.
We, as Believers living in the Church Age with Holy Spirit scriptural enlightenment, can more easily understand Daniel's and John's scriptures about the latter days.
So let's have some fun diving into some specific latter day prophecies our adversary didn't want us to know!
The 70 Sevens
“Seventy weeks have been decreed for your people…” Dan. 9:24a
“... after (7+62 weeks) the Messiah will be cut off...” Dan. 9:26a
“70 weeks” means “70 sevens” (“Sevens” is the Greek word “heptads” and literally means “units of sevens”).
So 70 X 7 = 490 years for God to accomplish His plan of national and spiritual redemption for Israel.
Therefore it could be easily translated this way:
[490 years] have been decreed for your people…” Dan. 9:24a
“... after [483 years] the Messiah will be (destroyed/killed)...Dan. 9:26a
You literally can count the days of this prophecy, 173,880 days, to the exact day Jesus came riding over the Mount of Olives on the colt.(5)
Behold, your king is coming to you; He is just and endowed with salvation, Humble, and mounted on a donkey, even on a colt, the foal of a donkey. Zech. 9:9
Israel's leaders should have been in joyous jubilation due to their Messiah's arrival, but instead they crucified Him on a wooden cross, which was the worst of worst deaths imaginable.
he who is hanged is accursed of God. Deut. 21:23b
That horrible act halted Israel's prophetic timeline after 483 years and the last 7 years were pushed 2000 years into the future. Israelis were scattered worldwide for some 1900 years before they began to be drawn back to their land.
Come, let us return to the LORD. For He has torn us, but He will heal us; He has wounded us, but He will bandage us. He will revive us after two days; Hos. 6:1,2
Notice how many times it says God was in control of Israel's worldwide scattering and ultimate return to Israel. And of course the "two days" is a reference to day four and five of the creation week. (CLICK HERE)
...I will bring you [back] into the land of Israel. Ezek. 37:12b
The Daniel 9:27 prophecy concludes dealing with those last 7 years assigned to Israel:
“And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week,” Dan.9:27a
The "one week" is the last seven years still future for Israel.
The word "he" refers to the coming New World Leader (FYI, as you'll see later, no mention of 10 kings). The word "firm" indicates it is something made “greater,” made “stronger.”
The word "covenant" in the Greek means “treaty” “or "compact."
The word "the many" (not just "many") is not referring to the nations that are signing the peace accord. Expositors Bible Commentary explains the many in Daniel 9:27 this way:
"The Masoretic vowel-pointing of larabbim clearly indicates “the many” rather than “many,” which would have been lerabbim."
"The many" is also used in Is. 53:11, referring to religious Jews.
So Daniel 9:27a could be translated to say:
“And a New World Leader will strengthen an existing peace treaty with the religious Jews for 7 years.
This would also tie into the fact that the Jews will be able to rebuild their Temple and go back to making sacrifices. The treaty is for 7 years but after 3 1/2 years the New World Leader will break the covenant and put a stop to the sacrifices by the religious Jews.
This happens at the mid-point of the the 7-year Tribulation.
in the middle of the week he [the New World Leader] will put a stop to sacrifice...Dan. 9:27b
Do 10 Nations Sign The New World Leader's Peace Covenant?
There ARE ten nations that will rule with the New World Leader/Anti-Christ during the Tribulation. These are the nations represented by the ten toes of Daniel 2—five from the west Roman Empire, Europe, and five from the east Roman Empire, the Middle East.
And there ARE 10 kings mentioned in Revelation 17. So I think it's safe to assume the kings in Revelation 17 are kings of the same 10 nations of Daniel 2.
“The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have not yet received a kingdom, but they receive authority as kings with the beast for one hour. These have one purpose, and they give their power and authority to the beast. Rev. 17:12-13
It's interesting that the scripture states that these kings are in power for one hour, not 7 years. If the verse had stated "7 years," they would have been there at the beginning of the Tribulation to sign the treaty. But it didn't and they aren't.
Also, in Revelation 6 we see the New World Leader begins conquering nations just after the Rapture...by himself... but conquering using drugs.(3) No mention of the 10 kings or 10 nations.
Nowhere in the Bible does it say that these 10 nations, or ten kings, sign the peace covenant with Israel. That is just a theory. I agree it makes sense.. and it might be true in some form or another... but it's not specifically listed in scripture.
All we know for sure is that Israel signs a peace-covenant with the New World Leader and goes back to sacrifices. The peace treaty is also confirmed by this verse discussing Israel living securely when the Ezekiel 38/39 invasion takes place... within the first 3 1/2 years of the Tribulation:
its people were brought out from the nations, and they are living securely, all of them. Ezek. 38:8b
those who are at rest, that live securely, all of them living without walls and having no bars or gates, Ezek. 38:11b
Today, Israel is fulfilling the prophecy of being a burdensome stone to the world.
“It will come about in that day that I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples;” Zech. 12:3a
And also they will have a strong army when they return to their land after 2000 years of being scattered around the world.
So I prophesied as He commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they came to life and stood on their feet, an exceedingly great army. Ezek. 37:10
GlobalFirepower.com lists Israel as having the strongest army in the Middle East.
The world is clamoring for peace in order to keep the oil supplies flowing. And if we’re getting close to a middle east peace treaty, it means we could definitely be getting close to the Rapture.
As Chuck Missler often said, “When you see the Christmas lights going up, you know that Thanksgiving is close.”
And make no bones about it, we’re staring at the realistic possibility of seeing a peace treaty negotiated by President Trump between Israel and Gaza. It won't be THE Daniel 9:27 "covenant," but might be God's two-minute warning for the Rapture!(2)
Will President Trump Be The New World Leader?
No, President Trump is not the New World leader. He’s from NY. The New World Leader is from “Assyria.” (Mic.5:1-6; Is. 31:8)
And apparently the New World Leader will be Jewish (Zech. 11:17) and a homosexual (Dan. 11:37). President Trump is neither.
Of course, the only way we could know for sure who the New World Leader is would be to miss the Rapture and find ourselves living in the Tribulation!
Let no one in any way deceive you, for it [the Tribulation] will not come unless the apostasy [Rapture(4)] comes first, and the man of lawlessness [New World Leader] is revealed, the son of destruction, 2Th. 2:3
So let's hope none of us figure out the identity of the New World Leader!
But Israel will eventually get her 7-year post-Rapture peace treaty from the New World Leader. She will not only get peace and protection with Gaza, but also Russia, Iran, Turkey, Syria, Lebanon and Yemen...and the right to rebuild her third Temple on Mount Moriah.
It's important to note that the only way Israel gets that amazing deal is if she is negotiating from a strength position. She will have to have, as Trump would say, all the cards to play. Otherwise those Muslim nations would NEVER be so generous to Israel.
So, the big question would be, will we see this coming together before the Rapture? Will Iran be part of the pre-Rapture agreement? As we saw, scripture says the New World Leader will add teeth to an existing treaty. Who knows?!
In Summary
God gave us prophecy to prove the entire Bible is accurate. And those of us living at the end of the Church Age are blessed to be seeing one prophecy after another coming together. It's comforting!
We know the Church Age will conclude with the Rapture. That amazing event will be followed by a 7-year peace treaty between Israel and a New World Leader. And when that agreement is signed, Israel will have 3 1/2 years of peace and safety while the rest of the world is living through horrible Tribulation.
Is what we're seeing in the news today about peace in the Middle East the forerunner of the prophesied Daniel 9:27 last-days’ peace treaty?
Will this current effort at peace for Israel limp along until the Rapture?
Are we close to the New World Leader revealing himself after the Rapture?
Or is President Trump's effort completely unconnected to the Daniel 9:27 treaty?
We don’t know. But it’s exciting to watch as we close in on our stunningly spectacular exit! What a blessing to be alive at a time like this and seeing the accuracy of Bible prophecy!

Although mass distribution of pandemic countermeasures is promoted, the agreement includes no binding provisions for compensation. Resolution OP15.10 from the Assembly merely requests WHO to develop “non-binding advice” on managing legal risks related to novel pandemic vaccines, leaving responsibility to individual nations.
Article 6.3 mandates development of interoperable national health information systems. Article 8.4 encourages regulatory reliance, and Article 16 promotes population-level risk communication and “pandemic literacy.” While vaccine passports are not explicitly named, the structure supports global digital compliance mechanisms linked to immunization and surveillance.
The U.S. withdrawal from the WHO was a vital and strategic move—protecting national sovereignty and medical freedom. Other countries would be wise to follow suit before being bound by the WHO’s sweeping global mandates.

The Justice Department has launched an investigation into whether Andrew Cuomo lied to Congress about knowingly causing the deaths of thousands of elderly patients during COVID. Good – we've been waiting for this moment.

The Virology Journal - the official publication of Dr. Fauxi's National Institutes of Health - republished what is now a blockbuster article on August 22, 2005, under the heading - get ready for this - "Chloroquine is a potent inhibitor of SARS coronavirus infection and spread."
The researchers wrote: We report...that chloroquine has strong antiviral effects on SARS-CoV infection of primate cells.
These inhibitory effects are observed when the cells are treated with the drug either before or after exposure to the virus, suggesting both prophylactic and therapeutic advantage.
This means, of course, that the head liar Fauxi has known for 15 years that chloroquine and its even milder derivative hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) will not only treat a current case of coronavirus ("therapeutic") but prevent future cases!
So HCQ functions as both cure and a vaccine. In other words, it's a wonder drug for coronavirus. Said Dr. Fauxi's NIH in 2005, "concentrations of 10 uM completely abolished SARS. CoV infection."
Fauxi's researchers add, chloroquine can effectively reduce the establishment of infectious spread of SARS-CoV.

The Hungarian government has announced steep incentives to start families. Beginning October 1st, mothers with three children—including grandparents—will be exempt from social security tax.
Next year, mothers under 40 with at least two children and mothers under 30 raising children born before 2023 will be exempt from personal income tax.
Starting in 2027, that exemption will expand to cover mothers under 50, and in 2028 will apply to mothers under 60.

Merz said Wednesday during a visit by Ukrainian President Zelenskyy that Berlin will help Kiev develop new long-range weapons that can hit targets deep inside Russia, AFP reported.

Since taking office, U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has taken a series of actions to push back against growing foreign government demands to censor American citizens and American technology companies like Google, Meta, and X.
In April, Rubio shut down the State Department’s Global Engagement Center (GEC), which had funded censorship advocacy by the Global Disinformation Index, a UK-based NGO with ties to the Intelligence Community.
Last week, Rubio said the administration was considering sanctions under the Magnitsky Act against Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes for his sweeping censorship edicts.

The consequence of rejection is the full implementation of Israel’s Operation Gideon’s Chariots [to take over and control Gaza]. Hamas has rejected the proposal, so the chariots have begun moving.
The first stage of the operation launched, with the goal of moving all non-combatants to a safe zone [in southern Gaza ]. Northern Gaza was blanketed with leaflets telling people that the military is coming, and that there was safety to the south. Once in the safe zone, the Gazans will receive humanitarian aid and will be given the opportunity to emigrate to a new location where they can build a real life.
As that stage progresses, the second stage also began with the military moving into northern Gaza with the intention of destroying everything, both above and below the ground. Israel can never be safe with Hamas terrorists living right across a border, so they are ensuring that it can’t happen. It is these actions that have the world community in an uproar.
Hamas is fighting back, albeit weakly. They recently fired a rocket toward Ashkelon, but it was shot out of the air. When 93 trucks with humanitarian aid traveled into Gaza recently, 11 were robbed by Hamas gangs.
Hamas has become a gang of leaderless thugs. After the assassination of Mohammed Sinwar last week, their commanding echelon has weakened even more. Hamas’s greatest weapon continues to be the crying to the world’s political leaders, but Netanyahu’s administration is no longer listening to their hypocritical sobs.
