Dear Compass Supporters:
This Sunday is Palm Sunday. Palm Sunday marks a specific day in one of the most important Bible prophecies ever recorded.
The prophet Daniel recorded Bible prophecies so impacting that Satan tried to stop the Archangel Gabriel from reaching him with major latter-day prophecies by sending the demon over Persia (Iran).
This resulted in a 21-day angelic battle that Frank Peretti could have written a book about!
the prince of the kingdom of Persia [Iran] was withstanding me for twenty-one days; Daniel 10:13
It must have been quite the battle. Michael, the other archangel, had to come to help Gabriel get the message through to Daniel. And the prophecy was incredible.
The prophecy Daniel received(1) is what we refer to as the "70 Weeks of Daniel" prophecy (Daniel 9:24-27).
In a brief summary, this prophecy said that 173,880 days from a decree to rebuild the Temple, the Jewish Messiah would arrive. Zachariah adds that He would arrive riding on the foal of a donkey.
Behold, your king is coming to you; He is just and endowed with salvation, humble, and mounted on a donkey, even on a colt, the foal of a donkey. Zech. 9:9
The decree was made on March 5, 444 BC. Sure enough, 173,880 days later, Jesus tops the Mount of Olives riding a colt, the foal of a donkey. The crowds went wild and for the first time He allowed people to call Him "Messiah."
With thousands of people enthusiastically waving palm branches and tossing coats in front of the colt He was riding,* He stopped at the summit of the Mt. of Olives. Taking in the magnificent view of Jerusalem, He became quite emotional.
(* Laying your coat down in front of Jesus meant you were acknowledging Him as King and willing to be under His authority.)
Above, today's view of the Old City of Jerusalem from Palm Sunday Road at the top of the Mount of Olives. Of course, the Jewish Temple would be on the Temple Mount, not the Dome of the Rock. And the Temple was over twice as high as the Dome—150 feet vs. 67 feet.
When He approached Jerusalem, He saw the city and wept [Grk = sobbed] over it, saying, “If you had known in this day, even you, the things which make for peace! But now they have been hidden from your eyes. Luke 19:41
He obviously knew the leaders had missed the prophecy in Daniel that He would arrive on this date.
But even though the leadership didn't recognize the Messiah's arrival, Jesus continued to the Temple. He showed up fulfilling prophecy, but not one person there paid Him homage as Messiah.
Jesus entered Jerusalem and came into the temple; and after looking around at everything, He left for Bethany with the twelve, since it was already late. Mark 11:11
What's most remarkable about this is that Jesus held the Jewish leadership accountable for knowing Biblical prophecies. All of them.
Everyone in Israel read all the way through the first five books of the Torah each year: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers and Deuteronomy.
They read a predetermined number of verses from their Torah scroll in their Saturday synagogue services that picked up each week where the last reading finished.
But what's interesting is that the Scroll of Daniel was not read as part of the mandatory reading. It was supplemental reading, along with all the other Old Testament scrolls.
Yet Jesus held the Jews accountable for knowing the prophecies in that book! To know that prophecy it took a lot of searching!
(When's the last time you studied Habakkuk? Asking for a friend...)
It's sad that many churches today won't touch even the major Bible prophecy books, much less the shorter ones. What are they going to say to the Lord? I'm guessing these liberal pastors would like a do-over, but of course, nope, too late.
Not wanting to drop the ball like the Jewish leaders at the time of Christ, today we study the many ancient prophetic warnings about the time in which we live.
And from our study of Bible prophecy our eyes are opened to the real reasons the strange events are occurring in this day and time!
We've learned that if we're getting close to the Rapture, some of the things we should be seeing are:
> Israel being a burdensome stone to the world
“It will come about in that day that I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all the peoples; all who lift it will be severely injured. And all the nations of the earth will be gathered against it." Zech. 12:3
> Russia, Iran, Turkey, et al. will be Israel’s staunch adversaries
Map of the Ezekiel 38/39 invasion of Israel (Written 2600 years ago!)

> The USA acting as the military hammer of the world
“How the hammer of the whole earth" Jer. 50:23a
“You are My war-club, My weapon of war; And with you I shatter nations," Jer. 51:20a
> Peace discussions between Israel and many nations for a 7-year period.
“And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week [7 years]," Dan. 9:27
> Inflation—specifically food.
A quart of wheat for a denarius, and three quarts of barley for a denarius; Rev. 6:6 (Translation: it takes a day's wage just to eat each day, nothing left over for anything else)
> Movement to a digital currency
and he provides that no one will be able to buy or to sell, except the one who has the mark, either the name of the beast or the number of his name. Rev. 13:17
Those prophecies were written between 1900 to 2500 years ago!
Since the Church Age should go no longer than 2000 years, and it began in 33 A.D., it’s all coming together as prophesied! How exciting!
And to top it off, this year we'll finally know if the 7-year Tribulation should be subtracted out of the 2000-year Church Age. If it is, simple math tells us that 2026 would be the year of the Rapture.
But as we've shown in the past, the 7-year Tribulation and the Church Age are two separate dispensations — so there’s no theological basis to subtract the 7 years from the Church Age. But a lot of people do.
On the other hand, just watching the worldwide events taking place it sure makes you wonder! It sure seems to fit. Emotionally I'm there, but theologically I'm not.
But either way, we have a front row seat. Of course, we’re not supposed to sit. We’re supposed to be used by God to warn people about what’s dead ahead.
That’s why we have our Before and After Rapture Warning Flyers. We will send two free to anybody (send an email with your postal mailing address to staff@compass.org). And we'll send between 25 and 100 to you for free if you pay the postage. Order those at the above link.
And as everybody knows who follows Compass, we’re still randomly postal mailing 50,000 of these warning flyers each month across the United States. Over 1.4 million mailed to date, thanks to our incredible supporters.
We’re hoping to plant millions of seeds so that if someone misses the Rapture, they know they can still get saved and go to heaven. Or, better yet, get born again and miss the mess. Salvation is free. What a no-brainer!
God's got us here at this time for His purposes, and life is all—and only—about who goes to heaven and who goes to hell. Use us, Lord!
The article below is about a little-discussed The Pentecost Rapture Theory. It's plausible but not likely to happen that way.
Since we seem to be racing toward the Rapture and Pentecost is only two months away, we need to rule it in or rule it out! 🙂
Use us, Lord!

Notes:

We think there’s a good chance the Rapture-rescue(1) of Church Age Believers will take place on the Feast of Rosh Hashanah… in whatever is God’s chosen year to end the Church Age and begin the 7 years of Tribulation judgment.
If we’re correct, it will happen at the end of the second day at sunset in Jerusalem when the Jews blow the last trumpet…again, we don’t know what year. But one year it will be THE year.
Behold, I tell you a mystery; we will not all sleep, but we will all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. 1Cor. 15:51-52
For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord. 1Thes. 4:16-17
We also don’t buy the claim that we can’t know the date or the hour…usually based on this verse:
“But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone….Therefore be on the alert, for you do not know which day your Lord is coming.” Matt. 24:36,42
When Jesus made that statement He was speaking to the Jews living under the law in a different dispensation (different time period).
The chart shows the two yellow boxes with Jesus' quotes, which are from two separate dispensations. This is yet another reason you must embrace dispensations when interpreting scripture, otherwise you have Paul contradicting Jesus.
The fact that Jesus was not talking to people living in the Church Age is further evidenced by Him explaining that even He did not know when He was coming … only the Father.
So if you take that verse to mean no human can know the date or the hour of Jesus’ return to rescue His Bride, then you’ve got to also take it to mean that today Jesus is sitting around in heaven wondering when He’s coming back. Sorry, that dog won’t hunt.
The explanation is, of course, in Revelation 5 (see chart above). There John describes the scene where Jesus is found duly qualified to receive all knowledge. So He certainly knows today when He’s coming to rescue us.
Jesus’ comment that He didn’t know the day of His return was true when He said it 2,000 years ago. But He can’t make that same statement today because it’s not true today. This is a classic dispensational application.
God doesn’t change, He just changes how he deals with people on the earth. Each new dispensation is unique and different.
Later, writing to the Church Age peeps, Paul says you and I are not in darkness... we can tell when the Rapture is getting close.
For you yourselves know full well that the day of the Lord will come just like a thief in the night. ….But you, brethren, are not in darkness, that the day would overtake you like a thief; for you are all sons of light and sons of the day. 1Thess. 5:2,4
Believers have God’s Holy Spirit permanently living in them illuminating scripture. Those living before the cross did not. The exceptions are the prophets when the Spirit fell ON them temporarily.
Rapture on Rosh Hashanah also fits the seven-day creation week model like a glove. If you’re new to Compass, CLICK HERE for more information on why we think the Rapture will take place on Rosh Hashanah.
But to avoid being labeled a date-setter, do realize I admit I’m not 100% sure when the Rapture takes place.
Now don’t take this to mean there’s the possibility of mid- or post-Trib Rapture. Nope, I AM 100% sure that anything except pre-Tribulational Rapture is from the pit of Hades.
Rapture WILL happen prior to the 7-year Tribulation period beginning because the Tribulation is for the Jews not the Church! Dispensations, by their very definition, cannot overlap.
The 7 years of Tribulation is the last seven years of Daniel’s 490-year prophecy assigned FOR ISRAEL AND THE JEWS!
Seventy weeks [70 weeks of years/490 years] have been decreed for your people [Israel] and your holy city [Jerusalem], Dan. 9:24
So what's important is that all of the 490 years are for Israel— Israel‘s clock stopped at 483 years when they rejected Jesus as the Messiah, not the Church Age!
And, as I have often pointed out, it’s Jesus who is opening horrible Tribulation seals on humanity. Therefore, since Jesus lives in us, He would be opening His wrath on Himself, which is preposterous.
So let’s explore a theory that IS possible. Not likely, but is a possibility. Some peeps believe the Rapture will happen at Pentecost. The late great Chuck Missler believed this, so it has some merit.
It’s really a pretty simple theory. Since the Church Age stopped the 490-year Jewish time-clock at Pentecost, the theory is: Pentecost is where it stopped, so Pentecost is where it will start up again.
The Church Age officially began with the coming of the Holy Spirit 50 days after Jesus rose from the dead. The coming of the Holy Spirit and the departure of the Holy Spirit from the Earth define the book ends of the Church Age.
The Rapture at Pentecost Believers explain that if you simply lift-out the Church Age, the last 7 years of Tribulation would begin again…at Pentecost.
Therefore, they look for the Rapture at Pentecost each year. I see their point, but think Rosh Hashanah is a far better theory.
With world events fulfilling Bible prophecy at break-neck speed, again, emotionally it seems like Rapture could happen this year. So much is coming together it's hard to keep up!
But if the Church Age is 2000 years long, and Jesus was crucified in 33 AD, our breath-taking exit will be in 2033—either at Pentecost or Rosh Hashanah.

Once top-secret CIA files have detailed America’s plans to control the world by manipulating the weather.
The documents, declassified in 2003, discussed the controversial topic of weather modification, the tactic of launching rockets or using planes to dump chemicals into the atmosphere that alter the climate and local storm systems.
Although the resurfaced documents from 1965 did not mention the specific chemicals used in the experiments, they did discuss the need for more funding of the weather modification projects that would soon be used as a weapon of war.
In fact, the memos noted that federal funding for the secret program was set to be four times higher in 1967 – the same year the US began spraying toxins over Vietnam to cause floods and landslides.
One post on X claimed: ‘The CIA has been poisoning the sky and controlling the weather since 1965!’
The 18-page report was recently shared by conspiracy theorists, years after it was quietly placed into the CIA’s public archives, including a letter praising the classified operation from US President Lyndon B Johnson.
Johnson’s endorsement of the CIA’s weather modification project came just three years after he gave an ominous speech on the future of America and the work to create ‘weather satellites’ with the power to strengthen storms.
While giving the commencement address at Southwest Texas State University in May 1962, then-Vice President Johnson said: ‘He who controls the weather will control the world.’
All I know is something nefarious is going on.

The U.S. spends more on healthcare than any country in the world by a wide margin. In 2024 alone, spending reached an estimated $5.3 trillion, about 18% of the gross domestic product, averaging over $15,000 per person.
Yet despite this extraordinary investment, the U.S. consistently ranks near the bottom of high-income nations for life expectancy, chronic disease burden and preventable deaths. Put simply, the industrialized country that spends the most on healthcare is also the least healthy.
The scale of ill health makes this contradiction difficult to ignore. Research in 2023 found that 76.4% of American adults live with at least one chronic condition, while 51.4% were managing multiple chronic illnesses.
Research consistently shows that up to 80% of chronic conditions, including cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes and certain cancers, could be prevented or significantly reduced through natural health approaches such as nutrition, lifestyle change, supplements and other preventive interventions.
Trump’s new AI framework is laying the groundwork for Digital ID tied to EVERYTHING you do online, and most Americans still don’t see it coming.
What’s being sold as “protecting children” could quietly require every adult to prove who they are just to access the Internet.
On the campaign trail, Trump pushed a “Digital Bill of Rights,” promising transparency, due process, and signaling support for online anonymity.
Now, the direction has flipped.
A sweeping 291-page AI bill from Senator Marsha Blackburn (Rep. TN) would require identity-based age verification across AI platforms, even allowing existing accounts to be frozen until users comply.
At the same time, the White House’s AI framework pushes “age assurance” standards, language that sounds harmless but points to one outcome: Digital ID.
Because once AI is embedded into nearly every platform, verification becomes unavoidable.
No exceptions.
That means your identity, your activity, and your access all linked together, with third parties holding sensitive data like IDs and biometrics.
The only question that actually matters is this…
Would you accept Digital ID just to use the internet?

Israel and its people are front and center throughout the Bible, especially regarding the Old Testament prophecies and their ultimate fulfillment in the New Testament through a Jewish Messiah, Jesus Christ, who came to save us from the penalty of our sins to life everlasting.
Recently I’ve been troubled by the increasing number of churches and Bible teachers who are misinterpreting God’s timeless promises to the nation of Israel and the Jewish people.
This false teaching [abominable teaching-BP], called replacement theology, suggests that God’s covenant blessing with the nation of Israel and its allies no longer exists and instead has somehow been reinterpreted to apply only to God’s modern-day fellowship of believers, His church.
Nevertheless, a faithful reading of Scripture proves unequivocally that God’s covenant with Abram in Genesis 12:2-3 remains true as ever today:
“I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who curses you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”

The Bab el-Mandeb Strait, situated between Yemen and the Horn of Africa, accounts for about 10% to 12% of global trade and serves as a key route for energy shipments to Europe.

New Zealand has declared its pandemic response a success, while also suggesting it didn’t go far enough.
New Zealand drew international attention for some of the strictest pandemic policies in the world. Under then–Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, the government imposed sweeping lockdowns and rolled out harsh vaccine mandates that sharply divided the country along vaccination status.
Those who declined the mRNA shots were deprived of human rights. Unvaccinated New Zealanders were barred from restaurants, events, and many public venues, while workers in sectors like health care and education lost their jobs if they refused the injections.
By contrast, those who complied were granted their “freedom.”
“The new COVID-19 Protection Framework sets a pathway forward that rewards the rapidly growing number of vaccinated New Zealanders with more freedoms to go about their lives safely,” Ardern said at the time.
Pressed by a reporter on whether the policy effectively created “two different classes of people,” Ardern enthusiastically agreed.
“That is what it is,” she replied, smiling.
It's a little unnerving that they're preparing for another "pandemic." If it happens, I'm guessing it'll be Christians vs. the lions!

"If commercial traffic through the Strait of Hormuz remains paralyzed for months, we will witness a global food crisis on a scale that many experts would have once considered to be unthinkable."
This is interesting because famine begins immediately after the Rapture. It's part of the reason 1/4 of the world dies in the first year or two in the Tribulation.
I looked, and behold, an ashen horse; and he who sat on it had the name Death; and Hades was following with him. Authority was given to them over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword and with famine and with pestilence and by the wild beasts of the earth. Rev. 6:8
So this argues for a sooner than later Rapture.

There were 1,126,000 abortions performed in 2025. Sick.
Among women living in abortion-ban states, interstate travel for abortions declined in 2025.
However, this decline was more than offset by the increase in telehealth abortions. The number of telehealth abortions in abortion-ban states increased by more than 26% in 2025.
However, pro-life states that are enforcing pro-life laws better saw more babies saved.
Some states saw abortion declines after enforcing strong pro-life laws. Both Florida and Iowa started to enforce Heartbeat Acts in 2024.
In both states abortions dropped by over 24% between 2023 and 2025. Conversely, some states saw rising abortion numbers after making abortion policy more permissive.

A federal court ruling now bars the CDC, CISA, and the U.S. Surgeon General from coercing social media platforms to suppress protected speech for the next decade.
The agreement itself is striking. It acknowledges that, in recent years, federal officials “exerted substantial coercive pressure” on social media companies to suppress speech they did not approve of.
This case began after physicians, journalists, and everyday Americans—especially those dissenting on COVID and elections—were systematically censored online.
The ruling does have a 10-year time span. But hey, we'll be out of here within 10 years!

While military defeats, political upheavals, and external invasions often dominate historical accounts of the fall of great powers, excessive debt—the "Empire Killer"—has quietly but relentlessly eroded the foundations of empires across the centuries.
From Rome to the Soviet Union, the over-extension of resources, poor financial management, and the inability to service massive debts have led to economic collapse, social unrest, and, ultimately, the demise of these once-mighty empires. The same pattern is playing out in the US right now.
In short, the US government cannot stop spending, which means deficits cannot stop growing, which means more debt must be issued, which means the government leans on the central bank to help ease the debt burden, which means the illusion of central bank independence evaporates.
And once that happens, ever-increasing currency debasement becomes unstoppable. That’s where we are today.
But it won’t end with just higher prices. Capital controls, people controls, price controls, tax hikes, wealth confiscations, and countless other destructive government interventions are all on the menu.

Epoch Times Reports:
In the 1980s, about 87% of 12th graders said they went out on dates. Today, that figure has shrunk to 47%.
According to a joint IFS and Wheatley Institute report, in 2025, only about 30% of young adults reported that they were dating.
About 74% of women and 64% of men had not dated or had dated only a few times in the past 12 months.
And according to Monitoring the Future data, between 1976 and 2010, 83% of 12th grade girls reported that they expected to marry one day.
Approximately 76% of boys said the same. In the years following, that trend shifted. As of 2024, 72% of 12th grade boys said they expected to marry versus only 67% of the girls.
“We think there’s a huge technological component to this, especially since 2010 with the rise of social media where you’re able to turn inward and anonymously connect to the Internet behind a screen.”
That’s had devastating effects on young adult self-esteem. You’re doing this at ages 14, 15, 16 for hours on end, and it’s been shown this hurts young people.
And then young adults are entering their 20s, and even their 30s, with very little experience, very little confidence.
In addition, look in the right places. “A big predicator of marriage stability is being on the same page when it comes to religion and politics.”
Having an alignment on the big questions—your purpose in life, the purpose of dating and marriage—also goes a long way. If you’re a member of some church congregation, it’s a good idea to look for a spouse in those young adult groups.”
