If we're getting close to the Rapture, we would expect to be seeing:
• Israel a burdensome stone to the world- Zech. 12:3
• Iran as a major power in the Middle East- Ezek. 38:5
• Peace discussions regarding the Middle East- Dan. 9:27
• The United States as the world's military hammer- Jer. 50:23; Jer. 51:20
• Questions about the worldwide food supply lines. Rev. 6:8
• Inflation continuing to be a concern. Rev. 6:8
• Movement toward digital control. Rev 13:16-17
Considering that all of that was written 1900 to 2600 years ago, that's amazing.
It SEEMS LIKE the Church Age should be 2000 years from the arrival of God's Holy Spirit to the Rapture. That would put our breath-taking exit around the year 2033.
But if you subtract the 7-year Tribulation, that gets us to 2026. Rosh Hashanah in September could be the time of our loud departure. It certainly is possible! Between now and September should be interesting.
But even though it looks like this is all coming together, we have to keep our wits about us! We've said numerous times that the theory that you should subtract the 7 years from the end of the Church Age is just a theory.
Time will tell.

The Rapture is the next big prophetic event on the Christian calendar, marking the end of the Church Age.
We live in an incredibly blessed time. Those alive today are likely to see the next dispensation change—from the Church Age to the Tribulation.
Exactly when the Rapture specifically takes place is unknown, but we know the Tribulation closely follows that mysterious vanishing act by Born Again Believers.
Since the Rapture and Tribulation are so closely tied together (Possibly only 50 days apart), if we can see signs of the Tribulation being close at hand, we know we’re even closer to the Rapture.
Many have compared these two major prophetic events to the adage: “If you see Christmas lights going up, you know Thanksgiving is near.”
The point is, watching Tribulation prophecies unfold helps us gauge the nearness of the Rapture.
What’s A “Firm Covenant”?
The key event that begins the 7-year Tribulation is a 7-year “covenant” or “treaty” involving Israel. Here’s the critical verse:
“And he will make a firm covenant with the many for one week,” Dan. 9:27a
he = the New World leader who rises after the Rapture.
firm covenant = My Greek/Hebrew Interlinear says these two English words are translated from one Hebrew word: “briyth.” It’s defined as “cutting” a “confederacy, covenant or league.”
It refers to “cutting” because in the Old Testament to confirm a covenant the two parties would cut an animal into two pieces and walk between them. (Gen. 15:7-21)
The idea was that if either party broke the covenant, they too would be cut in half—i.e., certain death.
In the case of Abraham’s Covenant, God put Abraham to sleep and only God walked between the two pieces of the slain animal…therefore it was God making an unconditional covenant to give Israel the promised land.
Today sometimes we say, “Let’s cut a deal.” This comes from the cutting of covenants in the Bible.
briyth is the same Hebrew word God used to describe:
The covenant God made with Noah that He would never again flood the world (Gen. 9:13).
The covenant God made with Abraham regarding giving the land to him and his descendants (Gen. 12:1-3).
God’s covenant with Moses defining Israel’s unconditional relationship (Ex. 19-24);
God’s promise to David that the Messiah would come through his descendants (2 Sam. 7:8-16);
God’s promise to Jeremiah that He would forgive and forget Israel’s sin against Him (Jer. 31:31-34).
Therefore the covenant that kicks off the 7-year Tribulation could be an existing treaty that had some teeth put in it.
one week = One week of sevens or “one week of years”= 7 years
the many = “abundant in quantity, size, age, number, rank or quality”
I used to naively think "the many" was a reference to the nations that back the covenant/treaty. That made President Trump's Board of Peace very interesting.
But under further examination, most Hebrew Bible scholars believe, due to the Hebrew sentence’s construction, "the many" is referring to the people of Israel.
Some scholars even make a case for “the many” to be referring to the Rabbinical Jews who would be involved in the treaty in order to rebuild the Temple. Either works.
You could say the Daniel 9:27a verse seems to be saying “he”—the future world leader— will strengthen an existing agreement for Israel’s security, and possibly the security of the entire Middle East.
Watching the news today you have President Trump negotiating a treaty/agreement/covenant with Iran for peace.
Iran is publicly saying that they want more than a temporary pause in hostilities. They're pushing for a guarantee that no one will attack them.
“We only accept an end to the war with guarantees that we won’t be attacked again.”
Hmmm... that’s interesting! It makes us wonder how long this "guarantee" might last. Will the guarantor eventually settle on a 7-year length of time?
Iran and the USA are now negotiating final terms. This is what Iran wants. It will be interesting to see what they end up with.
Notice the wording in this headline:
From a prophetic view, the "real agreement" might be the post-Rapture covenant.
The Bible says Iran is part of the group of nations that attack Israel in the future. That’s a fact, and it happens a couple of years into the Tribulation. So if the Rapture were to happen this year, they will have time to rebuild enough to invade with Russia, et al. (Ezek. 38/39)
So if President Trump gets to cut his Iranian peace deal, it may be directly or indirectly connected to the future cutting of the Daniel 9:27 seven-year covenant.
Theoretically, if President Trump's peace treaty gets completed, it would fall apart with the Rapture as the USA will be quickly decimated (Rev. 18). At that point the New World Leader would take the reins and "Confirm the Covenant" for 7 years. Certainly possible.
At the moment President Trump is finding Iran to be irrational* and not valuing life like the rest of the world. I can't wait to see how he solves this seemingly impossible task. Nothing is in stone at the moment.
It’s fascinating that some 2600 years ago God's prophets wrote down these prophecies for us to watch unfold right in front of our eyes!

To be Biblically accurate, it's imperative that we view the Bible using a consistent literal hermeneutic.
This means that the historical/grammatical, literal approach to the Word of God is essential to understanding what God meant when He inspired the writers of the Bible to write the book.
A good definition for that approach came years ago from theologian David L. Cooper:
"When the plain sense of Scripture makes common sense, seek no other sense; therefore, take every word at its primary, ordinary, usual, literal meaning unless the facts of the immediate context, studied in the light of related passages and axiomatic and fundamental truths, indicate clearly otherwise."
To summarize Dr. Cooper, "a text without a context is a pretext!"
There must always be a clear distinction between ethnic Israel and the Church.
On one hand, Israel's existence goes back to Genesis 12 under Abraham where it all started. Ethnically, a Jewish person is a physical descendant of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob through one of the twelve tribes.
On the other hand, the Church—as the gathering of like-minded redeemed followers of Yeshua the Messiah—started in Acts 2 in Israel and spread out to the whole planet since its inception.
Membership in the Church is solely dependent on one's belief in the finished work of Yeshua on the Cross about 2,000 years ago. As a result, one can be from any people group in the world, including the Jewish people, and be part of the Universal Church.
Satan certainly knows all of this, so he uses deluded peeps (Carlson, Owens, et al.) to spread non-dispensational lies, non-truths.

Thousands of U.S. cities are merging cameras with AI to surveil Americans in their cars.
Camera-based automatic license plate readers, installed at major intersections, bridges and highway off-ramps, capture the license plate data of passing vehicles, along with images of the vehicle and time stamps.
These systems are using AI to create a vast, searchable database that can be integrated with other law enforcement data repositories.
It's all about control.

A minority of health care workers received an updated COVID-19 va((ine, according to a newly reported survey from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Just 40.2 percent of health care personnel who responded to the survey said they received a COVID-19 shot between the fall of 2024 and early 2025, CDC researchers said on April 2.
The rate of va((ination was higher, 76.3 percent, for flu shots.
The survey was conducted online from March 26 to April 17 in 2025, following the 2024–2025 respiratory virus season. The season begins in the fall of each year and runs into the next year. Some 2,650 health care workers responded to the survey.
At the time, the CDC recommended influenza and COVID-19 va((ination for virtually all Americans aged 6 months and older, regardless of the number of prior doses.
The CDC more recently narrowed its recommendations for those shots, citing factors such as uncertain risk-benefit profiles.

Wee et al. from Singapore address an increasingly relevant but underexplored issue: the interaction between cancer, COVID‑19 va((ination, and long‑COVID.
Their study surveyed or followed a large cohort of cancer patients across several cancer centers, nearly all of whom were fully or multiply va((inated with mRNA‑based vaccines.
Strikingly, the majority still became infected and went on to experience prolonged post‑COVID symptoms—fatigue, dyspnea, and cognitive impairment most frequent—lasting months beyond recovery.
Critically, va((ination did not reduce either the incidence or duration of long‑COVID in this population.

The Bible presents two peoples of God with two histories and two sets of promises.
First Corinthians 10:32 says, “Give no offense, either to the Jews or to the Greeks [Gentiles] or to the church of God.”
The Church and Israel are different.
Israel is a specially loved people (Dt. 7:6), the apple of God’s eye (Zech. 2:8). God has promised the Jews a special land (Gen. 17:6), a special Redeemer (Isa. 53), and a special blessing (Jer. 31). They are an earthly people who will receive a future, literal, earthly Kingdom.
The Church, on the other hand, is blessed “with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ” (Eph. 1:3). God loves the Church and “gave Himself for her” (5:25).
The Church is the bride of Christ. Israel is not. Believers are ambassadors for Christ (2 Cor. 5:20) on Earth. Our citizenship is in heaven.
We eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, to meet us in the air (1 Th. 4:17) or take us in death to be with Him, when we will be absent from the body but present with our Lord (2 Cor. 5:8). When He returns to Earth, we will return with Him in immortal bodies.
The Church is gloriously composed of both Jews and Gentiles who are saved by grace through faith in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
