As we inch closer to the end of this age, there may be a lot of people wondering about who is, and who is not, a Christian.
Some may have lingering doubts put in their minds by our adversary. Having had 6000 years of practice, he's good at that. He'll make you wonder how in the world you think you're a Christian knowing all the things you know you're doing wrong.
Since there’s a good possibility of weird stuff happening in the world between now and the Rapture, the opportunities to witness to nervous people will undoubtedly increase.
Therefore, this will be a simple, but hugely important, review of the scriptural basics of salvation, including
- How you can know you’re a Believer and
- Why you can’t lose your salvation.
So Who Goes To Heaven?
From the moment you were conceived you were, and are, a sinner. You were born separated from God, headed for hell and in need of a Savior to avoid eternal punishment.
When sin entered into the world in the Garden of Eden, that sin nature was passed down through the male to all humans.(1) Your DNA was in Adam, and was corrupted with his.
For as in Adam all die,… 1Cor. 15:22a
But God sent His Son as Savior to redeem mankind.
…so also in Christ all will be made alive. 1Cor. 15:22b
So you have to be “in Christ” to go to heaven. To be “in Christ” means you Believe the Gospel, which is the Good News that God sent His only Son, Jesus, as one’s personal Savior.
If you BELIEVE that God sent His only Son to earth to live a sinless life, bleed and die on the cross 2000 years ago as a sacrificial atonement for sin, and that He rose from the dead defeating death, you are a Believer.
if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; Rom. 10:9
It’s that simple. And some stumble over the simplicity that is in salvation.
But I am afraid that, as the serpent deceived Eve by his craftiness, your minds will be led astray from the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ. 2Cor. 11:3
At the moment one admits they are a sinner and believes the Gospel, God’s Holy Spirit permanently indwells that person. Once He comes into their life, there is nothing they can do, or not do, to make God’s Spirit leave them.
I WILL NEVER DESERT YOU, NOR WILL I EVER FORSAKE YOU,” Heb 13:5b
This means it’s possible that, even as a Believer, you can get into blatant sin. An example of this is in Paul’s first letter to the Believers in Corinth:
I have decided to deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of his flesh, so that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus. 1Cor. 5:5
Here was a Believer who was so sinful Paul said it was better for him to just die, get rid of his earthly body and go to heaven. Some people are so consumed with sin they are better off dead and in heaven than to remain on the earth.
Notice Paul didn’t say, “His blatant sin proves he never really got saved.” No, a person’s salvation cannot be tested by works. You did zero to earn your salvation and you can do zero to lose it.
It’s not about what you do or do not do. Rather, it’s all about what Jesus did 2000 years ago.
Another verse proving you can’t lose your salvation is in Paul’s letter to the Christians in Rome:
For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Rom. 8:38-39
This means a human, who is a created being, cannot even choose to leave God! Salvation is a one-way street. You may break God’s heart with your sin, but He is faithful to never leave you.
Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Eph. 4:30
You Will Continue To Sin
A Believer still has a sin nature. We desire to live for Christ but we often fall short. Paul said this about himself:
For I know that nothing good dwells in me, that is, in my flesh; for the willing is present in me, but the doing of the good is not. For the good that I want, I do not do, but I practice the very evil that I do not want. Rom. 7:18-19
We look forward to one day (through death or the Rapture) ridding ourselves of this sin-prone body that houses our Spirit and receiving a new, sinless body for eternity.
For we know that if the earthly tent which is our house is torn down, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. 2Cor. 5:1
Even though we were created in God’s image, we will one day discard our current body, our tent, and receive a new body. It will be like going from a temporary tent to a permanent house.
Can you know for sure 100% that you’re a Believer headed to eternal glory? Yes!
And the testimony is this, that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has the life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have the life. These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life. 1John 5:11-13
God is so awesome that He tells us we can live our lives boldly serving the Lord KNOWING we are saved and headed to heaven. We can’t even mess it up! Jesus did it all. Pinch me!

A couple weeks ago we put a link to a short video of Kaiser nurse Gail Macrae explaining what happened in hospitals around the country during the Covid lockdowns. Steve Kirsch now has done a 90-minute in-depth interview... oh boy. His interview summary:
- Hospitals were actually empty when the press told us they were full.
- 90% or more of the COVID deaths were actually caused by the treatment protocols dictated from above, not the virus. There were both early treatments as well as inpatient treatments available that reduced the COVID death rate by over 90%.

Ben Carson told Breitbart News that he believes Americans realize they will lose their liberties if the Department of Justice (DOJ) takes down former President Donald Trump.
“I think he will win Michigan and a lot more. Right now he’s leading in all the swing states,” Carson told Breitbart News of Trump during a recent interview at Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest conference in Phoenix, Arizona.

Lifeway Research, in collaboration with The Philos Project, conducted a survey asking 1,252 American Christians for their views on the Israel-Hamas war. The poll, conducted between Nov. 14 and 21 and released Dec. 14, has a margin of error of +/-2.9 percentage points.
Only about a quarter of American Christians say the Bible influences their views on Israel as the Israel-Hamas war continues after the Oct. 7 attack on civilians in southern Israel killed over 1,200 and prompted an Israeli military offensive in Gaza.
Respondents were asked about what has "influenced" their views about Israel and were given a list of responses that they could select all that apply. About 27% of Christians selected the Bible, suggesting that among 73% of respondents, the Bible does not inform their views of Israel.
The Bible was the second most commonly cited answer, coming in behind the media at 56%.

Google is poised to release its new Gemini program, which is much more powerful than ChatGPT. Gemini is the first AI model to outperform human experts on MMLU (Massive Multitask Language Understanding), one of the most popular methods to test the knowledge and problem solving abilities of AI models.
And tech gurus are saying AI will double the amount of information it can process every year, essentially doubling the intelligence of artificial intelligence.
You heard what he said. They want to mimic what takes place in biology, meaning they are trying to get AI to be creative and regenerative. They seek to be like gods. Only God can create human life but Satan is going to try in these last days to mimic that creative ability in what will become part of the end-time deception. His minions have already used Covid to trigger the lie about mRNA “vaccines” having the power to save human life by hacking into man’s genetics, when in fact it hastens the end of life.
Since these toxic injections were introduced into human bodies worldwide, nations are reporting excess mortality rates of between 20 and 40 percent. The United States has seen a drop in the average male lifespan for three years running. The numbers of people dying for no apparent reason is unprecedented and unexplained, and yet the media remains silent. They are all bought off by pharma ads and government grants.
Covid was a big success in this way. But what will be the basis of the next big AI satanic lie? Will they claim to be able to hatch some type of fake human life, or perhaps breathe life into an inanimate object?

Benefit humanity by merging it with machines? This, folks, is the modern Tower of Babel. In their efforts to improve on God’s perfect work of creation, they will end up destroying it, or at least a good portion of it.
Keep your eyes focused on Jesus or risk being deceived by the world, which is increasingly falling under the rule of Satan’s Luciferian minions and at some point Satan himself will inhabit the soul of a man who seems to hold all the answers to the world’s problems. I imagine he will be the first man in history who will manage to ride above the left-right paradigm and be idolized by all segments of society worldwide.
