Last week on Compass TV (compass.org/TV) we featured the late Ed Hindson’s excellent Steeling the Mind Conference presentation, “The Air-tight Case For Pre-Trib Rapture.” That title alone was probably enough to “Release the hounds” against my Pre-tribulational Rapture position. And, predictably, they came blasting with both barrels.
I used to call these Mid- and Post-Rapture people “brain dead” and “dumber than a box of rocks.” But eventually I came to the conclusion that I was wrong to respond that way to my brothers and sisters in Christ who have been so blatantly deceived by the devil. I should have more compassion for them.
So I’m working on my responses to those who hold to inconsistent doctrines.
And, for what it's worth, Susie and I were saved in the late seventies in a church where the pastor was staunchly Mid-Trib. So defending a Mid-Trib position was one of the first things I learned as a new Believer. I’ve heard every argument under the sun why Pre-Trib Rapture is supposedly wrong.
But over the years of being a “vocal” Believer proclaiming the Bible was 100% accurate, I had to learn to be a Biblical Apologist... able to defend my belief that every word in the Bible was inspired by God.
All Scripture is inspired by God (God-breathed) and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; 2Tim. 3:16
And it didn't take long to come to the inescapable conclusion that Mid-or Post-Trib Rapture are impossible-to-defend theories from the pit of hell. Satan doesn't want Believers to be excited and confident about Jesus returning for us at the Rapture. Rather, he wants us scared and worried.
So he has this very small but quite-vocal group of Mid- and Post Tribbers trying to steal our joy.
For instance they harp on the “Last Trump” happening well into the Tribulation—either at the middle or toward the end of the 7 years of horror.
They base their Mid-trib position on these two Pauline verses:
For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 1Thess. 4:16
in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. 1Cor. 15:52
And then they tie those two Pauline verses to this verse in Revelation:
but in the days of the voice of the seventh angel (blowing the 7th Trumpet), when he is about to sound, then the mystery of God is finished, as He preached to His servants the prophets. Rev. 10:7
But that’s wrong. The Pauline verses are not referring to the seventh angel in Revelation 10:7. Rather, the last trump Paul was referring to is the last trumpet blown on Rosh Hashanah at the end of the TWO DAY scripturally commanded celebration—which is interestingly consistent with blowing trumpets at the end of the 2 Day / 2000 year Church Age.
Furthermore, as a strict dispensationalist(1) I know that dispensations, by their very nature, don’t/can’t overlap. You can’t have two dispensations going on at the same time. One has to end, then the next one can begin.
Therefore the Tribulation dispensation has to be a separate and distinct time period dealing with the Jews. The Church Age dispensation MUST end before the 7-Year Tribulation dispensation can begin.
One of the clearest evidences for the Rapture before Tribulation is Daniel 9:24-27.
In summary, the Lord ascribes 490 years to the Jews in 444BC. But then it prophesies that their Messiah would be killed after 483 years. The last seven years for the Jews would be pushed out to begin after the Church Age.
So you have:
Jews-483 years / Church Age-roughly 2000 years / Jews/7 years (Tribulation)
The last 7 years of this prophecy is about God dealing with the JEWS. The Church Age is over. Christian Believers have no part of God's wrath in the Tribulation.
Lastly, if the Rapture were at the end of the Tribulation, a Mid- or Post-Trib Rapture would conflict with Jesus’ proclamation that everything would be normal up until the Rapture…buying, selling, building, planting, harvesting, social events, etc. (Matt 24; Luke 17)
With half the world’s population dead from drugs, wars, starvation, lack of electricity and eaten by wild beasts in the first three years of the Tribulation, the world will be in chaos. And by the end of the 7-year Tribulation Isaiah 24:6 says “Few men are left."
So the end of the Tribulation is NOT a normal buy-and-sell time. NOTHING will be normal. Food will be scarce and social events will be nonexistent. Most of the world will be dead from the wrath of God.
And this does not even take into account using the sniff-test: The Lord has told His bride, the Church, that He will “Rescue” her before His wrath is unleashed.
wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, that is Jesus, who rescues us from the wrath to come. 1Thes 1:10
For God has not destined us for wrath, 1Th. 5:9
So He’s told us in no uncertain terms that Believers living in the Church Age are not going to be the object of His wrath. So does it make sense that He would pre-plan to drag His bride through the mud, the blood, and the beer just before He marries her? Please.
Satan wants you to be fearful of the future. He wants to scare you into submission... so you might do things that are unscriptural. But God says our future is secure, that He’s in control:
"For I know the plans that I have for you,” declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope. Jer. 29:11
So Believers should not have their eyes looking down on earth for the coming Antichrist, or personally worried about the horrible things soon to be unleashed on an unsuspecting world.
Rather, we’re looking up for Jesus Christ to call us from the sky. An incredible event unequaled in history. Like Noah was promised to be spared from God's wrathful worldwide flood, Believers will be spared from God's wrathful worldwide destruction.
Our goal is to learn to trust the accuracy of a literal translation of God’s Word! Don’t let those brain-dead Mid-Tribbers steal your joy of living in and being used by the Lord in these exciting times. Whoops, there I go again, dissing on the Mid-Tribbers. Let me rephrase:
Don’t let those scripturally inaccurate Mid-Tribbers confuse you with their non-Biblical clucking. We'll explain everything to them on the way up. 😇

Conservative public interest advocacy group Defending the Republic (DTR) has obtained almost 15,000 pages of Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine clinical trial data, claiming the data show an “utter lack of thoroughness” of the trials and calls the vaccine’s safety into “serious doubt.”
As a result of successful Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) litigation against the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the group recently announced it had obtained—and is releasing—nearly 15,000 pages of documents relating to testing and adverse events associated with “Spikevax,” Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine.
Since 2022, the group has been involved in litigation against the FDA relating to the production of data submitted by Moderna in support of its application to federal regulators for approval of its vaccine.
As a result, the FDA agreed to produce around 24,000 pages of the Moderna records by the end of this year, with the 15,000 pages being the first installment.
The records, some of which relate to adverse events related to the vaccine, include important information related to the safety profile of Spikevax, which was first authorized for emergency use in the United States in December 2020 and in January 2022 received full approval for adults.
“The public can be assured that Spikevax meets the FDA’s high standards for safety, effectiveness and manufacturing quality required of any vaccine approved for use in the United States,” Acting FDA Commissioner Dr. Janet Woodcock said in a statement earlier this year.
But the new data call this view into question. The advocacy group says that the tens of thousands of pages of clinical trial data released by the FDA supports the conclusion that there is “serious doubt” about both the safety of Spikevax and the FDA’s standards for approval.
Neither Moderna nor the FDA immediately responded to a request for comment.

So it's a big deal when Facebook, Twitter, Google, LinkedIn, etc., keep alternative information from being considered. It means we're living in a communist country and are being controlled. Earlier this month, the 2022 Nobel Physics Laureate Dr. John Clauser slammed the “climate emergency” narrative as a “dangerous corruption of science that threatens the world’s economy and the well-being of billions of people.”
Inevitably, the punishments have begun. A talk that Dr. Clauser was due to give to the International Monetary Fund on climate models has been abruptly cancelled, and the page announcing the event removed from the IMF site.
Dr. Clauser was due to speak to the IMF’s Independent Evaluation Office this Thursday under the title: “Let’s talk – How much can we trust IPCC climate predictions?” It would appear that “not a lot” isn’t the politically correct answer.
Clauser is a longstanding critic of climate models and criticized the award of the Physics Nobel in 2021 for work on them. He is not alone, since many feel that climate models are primarily based on mathematics, and a history of failed opinionated climate predictions leave them undeserving of recognition at the highest level of pure science. Not that this opinion is shared by the green activist National Geographic magazine, which ran an article: “How climate models got so accurate they won a Nobel.”
Last week, Clauser observed that misguided climate science has “metastasized into massive shock-journalistic pseudoscience.” This pseudoscience, he continued, has become a scapegoat for a wide variety of other related ills. It has been promoted and extended by similarly misguided business marketing agents, politicians, journalists, government agencies and environmentalists. “In my opinion, there is no real climate crisis,” he added.
Clauser is the latest Nobel physics laureate to dismiss the notion of a climate crisis. Professor Ivar Giaever, a fellow laureate, is the lead signatory of the World Climate Declaration that states there is no climate emergency. It further argues that climate models are “not remotely plausible as global policy tools.” The 1998 winner Professor Robert Laughlin has expressed the view that the climate is “beyond our power to control” and humanity cannot and should not do anything to respond to climate change.
Although it’s true that some parts of the United States have seen the number of hotter-than-usual days increase over the past 70 years — including in California and the New York metropolitan area, both of which happen to be areas where a large number of media outlets are located — most weather stations have shown no meaningful changes or even declines.

Apparently, Chase Bank is bowing to some other "authority," and perhaps they refuse to cite a specific reason for the cancellation, "for legal reasons," is because they know they're acting unlawfully.
On top of closing the accounts of Rye and his wife, Rye also was told his young children will not be able to open accounts with Chase Bank.

Modified RNA (modRNA) poses substantial risks to our health.
These risks come not only from COVID-19 injections and boosters but—unless we speak up now—also from all future RNA-based vaccines.
The two—mRNA and modRNA—are completely different.
mRNA occurs naturally, lives in our cells for only a short time, and is relatively fragile. It is a specific type of RNA that carries instructions or “messages” from our genes to help make proteins, the building blocks of our cells. It is constantly produced as part of normal cellular processes. Once mRNA delivers the messages, its work is done, and it is broken down in the body.
When RNA from another source enters our cells—virus RNA, for example—these cells can generate virus proteins.
We have been told that COVID-19 injections are made with mRNA. However, a vaccine using “natural” mRNA would not last long enough to initiate an immune response before being destroyed by our immune system.
To make mRNA useful for routine medicine, scientists had to artificially modify mRNA to increase both its efficiency and lifetime. The result: modRNA.
modRNA has been optimized for long life and maximal translation. While mRNA exhibits a cell-specific expression pattern, modRNA can invade nearly every cell type.
