As we begin a new year it's important to view all that is going on in the world through the lens of scripture. Knowing God is in total control gives us a perspective with balance—it's not about this life, it's all about the next.
Our life on earth is almost nothing compared to the infinity/eternity that lies ahead.
"He is no fool who parts with that which he cannot keep, when he is sure to be recompensed with that which he cannot lose." - Jim Elliott, 1956
Being a Christian, knowing where we go immediately when we take our last breath on earth, is incomprehensible to a non-Believer. Then suddenly at death God's truth crashes in. Here are some quotes regarding what some famous atheists' said in their dying breaths:
THOMAS HOBBS—1679—Political philosopher:
"If I had the whole world at my disposal, I would give it to live one day. I am about to take a leap into the dark."
THOMAS PAYNE—1809—American founding father:
"What will become of me hereafter? for I am on the edge of hell here alone."
SIR THOMAS SCOTT—1594—Chancellor of England:
"Until this moment I thought there was neither a God nor a hell. Now I know and feel that there are both, and I am doomed to perdition by the just judgment of the Almighty."
VOLTAIRE—1778—famous anti-christian atheist:
“I will give you half of what I am worth if you will give me six [more] months of life."
(BTW...His bedside nurse responded, "I wouldn’t want to see another unbeliever die!")
DAVID HUME—1776—Atheist philosopher:
"I am in flames!"
SIR FRANCIS NEWPORT—1620—Head of an English Atheist club:
"You need not tell me there is no hell. I feel myself already slipping. Wretches, cease your idle talk about there being hope for me! I know I am lost forever! Oh, that fire! Oh, the insufferable pangs of hell"
ANTON LEVEY—1997—Author of the Satanic Bible and high priest of the religion dedicated to the worship of Satan:
"Oh my, oh my, what have I done, there is something very wrong. . . there is something very wrong.”
GANDHI—1948—Indian independence activist:
“For the first time in 50 years, I find myself in the slough of despond. All about me is darkness. . .I am praying for light."
And I might add, Stephen Hawking probably wants a do-over.
Can we add anything to the finished work of the cross?
As you can see above, sanctification means to be made holy and set apart.
I have often said there is nothing a person can do or not do to make themselves any more or less acceptable to God, more or less holy. It’s not about us, rather, it’s all about what He did 2000 years ago.
But this teaching is at odds with some great Bible teachers who have taught that when you get saved, you are only sanctified positionally. Then throughout your life your good works somehow add to your sanctification. And that when a Believer dies, they then enter into heaven fully sanctified.
Charles Ryrie (whom I have great respect for) explains it this way:
“Sanctification is God setting the Believer apart for Himself; positionally at salvation, progressively throughout life, and ultimately when the Believer arrives in His presence in heaven.” — Charles Ryrie
But that makes no sense to me. That puts us directly in the middle of the sanctification process. How can I, a sinner, sanctify myself when there is nothing good in me? Paul couldn’t even sanctify himself!
For I know that nothing good dwells in me, that is, in my flesh; for the willing is present in me, but the doing of the good is not. Rom. 7:18
When Isaiah was caught up to heaven (Isaiah 6) into the presence of the Lord, he immediately realized he was a sinful man in the presence of a perfect and holy God. Atonement/sanctification was necessary.
Then an angel flew to him and touched his lips with a coal from God’s altar, sanctifying him. The angel specifically said your iniquity (sin) is forgiven.
This is consistent with the dispensation of Israel—temporary atonement was necessary for forgiveness of sin. In the post-cross Church Age, Jesus’ blood on Calvary is our permanent atonement.
The point is that to be in the presence of the Lord, you had to be forgiven of your sins.
When we become Believers, our sin is forgiven so that we can be in the presence of God. Actually, at the time of our salvation, God enters us and lives in us.
Guard, through the Holy Spirit who dwells in us, 2Tim. 1:14
In order for God to live in us, we had to be totally 100% forgiven, totally cleansed. Nothing less would do. And as we saw in last week’s salvation study, once you’re saved, you’re always saved.(1) It’s all about what Jesus did 2000 years ago, not what we do or don’t do today.
All that to say, teaching that it’s up to us to do good works to continue the sanctification process yokes people with a works doctrine…which is Satan's lie that Jesus didn't do enough on the cross, that we have to do something more to continue to be acceptable to God.
But once a Believer is sanctified, he can’t be more or less sanctified by what he does or doesn’t do. Jesus did it all. On the cross Jesus said “It is finished” just before He died. He didn’t say “I am finished,” or “I did most of it, so you take it from here.”
The word in the Greek that we translate “It is finished” is tetelestai. Archeologists have found ancient papyri tax receipts with this word written across them—meaning the tax was “paid in full.”
What Jesus was saying with His last words on the cross was that His redemptive work on the cross was complete. He had been made the perfect sacrifice to pay for sin, "paid in full!" There is nothing else that can be added to what Jesus did.
This final and complete act is seen in so many verses that use forms of sanctify in the past tense. Here are some of many...
To the church of God which is at Corinth, to those who have been sanctified in Christ Jesus, saints by calling… 1Cor. 1:2
For both He who sanctifies and those who are sanctified are all from one Father; Heb. 2:11
Such were some of you; but you were washed, but you were sanctified, 1Cor. 6:11
…we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. Heb. 10:10
…that He might sanctify the people through His own blood [2000 years ago], Heb. 13:12
For by one offering [2000 years ago] He has perfected for all time those who are sanctified. Heb. 10:14
However, this does not mean we are not commanded to sin less. Quite the contrary. We’re commanded to grow up, to mature in Christ and our knowledge of God’s Word.
…we are to grow up in all aspects into Him who is the head, even Christ, Eph. 4:15b
...in your thinking be mature. 1Cor. 14:20b
…attain ….[Biblical] knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, Eph. 4:13b
… we also have as our ambition, … to be pleasing to Him. 2Cor. 5:9
So Believers are to have good works…and our good works are as much as we allow God to use us. We can’t, God can.
We live today stuck in our old sinful container, but our sins are forgiven making it acceptable for the Lord to live in us. When this life is over, or we are Raptured, we’ll discard our old flesh and receive a new, eternal container.
For we know that if the earthly tent which is our house is torn down, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. 2Cor. 5:1
But any concept of self-sanctification is not Biblical. Just as Catholic A-millennial and anti-Jewish doctrines were initially embraced by Luther and others in the early Protestant movements, self-sanctification is just a bad doctrine holdover from the Catholic Church that too many good Bible teachers have yet to let go.
When God saved us, when we were born again, He cleansed us/sanctified us so well that He could immediately come into our lives to live forever.
Nothing we personally can do, or not do, will make us any more or less acceptable, more or less sanctified. It was ALL done at the cross.

They're not blood clots... three out of four morticians are finding self-assembling tissue clots in the arteries and veins! In a 2023 embalmer survey over 75% of morticians are still seeing tissue clots in bodies of the deceased—600,000 va((inated and dead Americans last year had these “large whitish fibrous structures" (again, not blood clots!).
But surprise, surprise, the CDC is not interested in the data! That’s because the CDC is controlled by the Globalists/Satanists who are purposefully pushing population reduction.
Should WHO be in charge of the United States' healthcare? Do you trust those in control of Biden? They have the authority...
If you ever need a verse to explain why you don't plan to eat grasshoppers:
...you shall not make yourselves unclean with any of the swarming things that swarm on the earth. Lev. 11:44b
It's a bit weak dispensationally, but better than nothing!
Peter McCullough Quotes:
Vaccination during the third trimester of pregnancy is unprecedented and risky, since a vaccine-induced fever could precipitate stillbirth or premature delivery of the baby.
Yet, the CDC and the Bio-Pharmaceutical Complex has told young mothers they should take the risk (between the 32nd and 36th week of pregnancy) for theoretical protection of the newborn.
Only Asian women in the US have topped 10% for RSV vaccination rate while African American mothers remain the most conservative with under 5% rates of acceptance.
"For any mass vaccination campaign, these data would indicate a program failure. The mothers and families have been burned by genetic COVID-19 vaccines and unprecedented rates of injury, disability, and death. There is little appetite for a new vaccine during pregnancy among obstetricians, midwives, and expecting mothers." --Peter McCullough, MD
"We are now four years into the COVID-19 pandemic. After hundreds if not thousands of physician media appearances, peer-reviewed publications and public presentations, the US House of Representatives will finally host medical specialists who have vast experience in treating COVID infections and managing the injuries resulting from COVID-19 va((ination.
"I've often wondered what were our Congressmen thinking as myself, Dr. Ryan Cole, and Dr. Kirk Milhoan appeared on national television telling America the infection was treatable and the va((ines were ill-advised. Were they hoping this would 'just blow over'? As the years wore on and the causality count rose from both the illness and the va((ines, it appears things are coming to a head." Peter McCullough, MD
Abortion has topped several infectious diseases as the world's leading cause of death for at least the fifth year in a row, even though multiple abortion restrictions have gone into place at the state level following the U.S. Supreme Court's reversal of Roe v. Wade.
Statistics compiled by Worldometer, a database that tracks quantitative data on health, the global population and other metrics in real-time, show that more than 44.6 million abortions were performed worldwide in 2023.
The last available snapshot of Worldometer from 2023, captured by the Internet Archive Wayback Machine on Dec. 31, shows that the number of abortions performed last year exceeds the combined number of casualties caused by the other leading causes of death listed.
When you consider life begins at conception, that throws a whole new light on this verse:
“It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea, than that he would cause one of these little ones to stumble." Luke 17:2
The bad guys want to control ALL the food in order to more easily control people. So we see movement in this direction all over the world.
Islamist militants carried out coordinated attacks on Christian communities in northeastern Nigeria on New Year’s Day, killing at least 14, Barnabas Aid reported Tuesday. The Islamists, dressed as soldiers, stormed into Gatamarwa and Tsiha villages in Chibok Local Government Area in Borno State, riding motorcycles and trucks fitted with machine guns.
Forty-five states and Washington, D.C., have laws accommodating religious exemptions from school vaccine requirements, while 15 states grant exemptions on the basis of personal, moral or other beliefs. Thirteen states allow exemptions on the basis of either. (CHD)
Mark Hitchcock does a great job outlining this!
Never forget. And since they got away with it once....
LOL! I still don't trust this guy but like what he says.
Here is another Rama-rant on Epstein: CLICK HERE
(BTW, never forget the pics from Epstein's "death" showed them carrying out a body with different ear lobes. So it's entirely possible he's still alive.)
Analysis from the Reserve Bank has revealed use of cash has fallen by more than half in just the past three years, to just 13 per cent of transactions. And it’s an accelerating trend too; more than two-in-three transactions were completed with cash in 2007.
A Disabled Vet Combed Obituaries for the Words ‘Suddenly’ and ‘Unexpectedly’ ...
Steve Connolly, a disabled Iraq War combat veteran and recovering alcoholic in Massachusetts, was horrified by the number of deaths among his friends at Alcoholics Anonymous meetings starting in 2021 after the COVID-19 vaccine rollouts. Experts said he made an astonishing data discovery that corroborates Ed Dowd's and Pierre Kory’s work on vaccine-induced excess deaths in all 50 states.

And don't forget, the majority of the illegal aliens are military-age men.
The world’s carried on (using fossil fuels), demand has continued to grow, and energy derived from fossil fuels has grown at 1.2% per year, essentially responsible for a whopping 80% of this growth. Only Europe and the United States is buying the lie to cut back on energy to "Save the planet." Hmmmm....
This is unexplainable unless the shots killed them.
Jay Bonnar's anecdote is statistically impossible if the COVID vaccines are safe
Jay lost 15 of his friends who all "died suddenly." All were vaccinated. Four dropped dead within 24 hours of the shot; 3 of the 4 were under 30 years old, perfectly healthy before their death. Wow, what a story.
You can watch the interview with Jay here.
Moving toward all nations against Israel...
The continuation of the Hamas war could threaten international support for Israel, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in an interview with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.
“The voices from Israel’s strongest friends, like Canada, like Australia, especially like the United States... are becoming increasingly concerned that... the short-term actions being taken by Israel are actually putting at risk the long-term safety and even support for a Jewish state into the future,” Trudeau told CBC on Jan 4, 2024.
Rasmussen survey also finds 42% say that, if there was a major class-action lawsuit against pharmaceutical companies for vaccine side effects, they would be likely to join the lawsuit.
