Andy Woods famously quipped at a Steeling the Mind Bible Conference—“There’s not one problem I have that won’t be fixed when the Rapture happens.”
What a statement! Regardless of how old you are, where you were standing/sitting/sleeping, how long you’ve been a Believer, or if you rise from the dead or are translated from the earth, you won’t be disappointed in the results of the Rapture!
Jesus’ Rapture rescue is an amazing event to ponder. In a nutshell, Jesus is rescuing Believers from the almost unimaginable events coming on those left behind.
For those Believers who are alive when that incredible event surprises the world, one second we’re on this earth and a split second later we’re with the Lord in a new eternal body sporting a new white robe.
in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, 1Cor. 15:51b
At the Rapture we must discard our sinful bodies because they’re not allowed permanently in heaven.
flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. 1Cor 15:50b
Imagine arriving in heaven and immediately being in the company of every other Believer since Pentecost. We’ll reunite with family and friends who died before Rapture. Not to mention Paul, Peter, John, etc.
We’ll finally know (and probably be surprised at) who’s there and, sadly, who’s missing.
Regardless of who’s not there, we’ll all better understand God‘s perfection regarding what He does and how He does it. More things will make sense to us than they do today… but we won’t know everything. Only God knows everything and we’re not God. We’ll spend eternity learning more about the Lord.
Questions
I wonder if we’ll have the opportunity to compare stories about what we were doing when the Rapture happened?
I wonder if we will find out who the last person was who got saved?
I wonder how long it’ll take me to get used to being able to move at the speed of thought?
I wonder how long it’ll take me to find Susie? That hug will probably be a memory for the ages.
Because of what Jesus did for us on the cross, we’ll all be in our new righteous bodies…cleansed eternally and internally from sinful actions or thoughts. I must admit, that’s hard for me to comprehend.
New Names / Language
We’ll also have a new private name that only Jesus knows.
To him who overcomes [through Jesus’ blood], to him I will give some of the hidden manna [Spiritual food], and I will give him a white stone, and a new name written on the stone which no one knows but he who receives it. Rev. 2:17B
No explanation is given for the stone, but the stone’s not as important as your new private name that’s written on it. Talk about a personal relationship—for eternity!
Getting a new name is consistent with what we see in the Bible as God/Jesus was often changing the names of His people.
Abram to Abraham;
Saul to Paul;
Sarai to Sarah;
Jacob to Israel,
Simon to Peter, just to name a few.
In heaven we’ll probably all be speaking another language—whichever language God decides to use as the heavenly language. He obviously likes Hebrew and spoke it verbally to Paul on the road to Damascus.
I heard a voice saying to me in the Hebrew dialect, ‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me? Acts 26:14b
But it could be anything, including English or a whole new language. Regardless, it’s not something we’ll have to learn, we’ll just automatically know it. And we won’t have to put up with people misusing things like “THEIR” versus “THEY’RE”! 😱
New Heavenly Address
For the last 2000 years or so, Jesus is/has been preparing a place to which He will take Believers during the seven years of Tribulation on earth.
In My Father’s house are many dwelling places; if it were not so, I would have told you; for I go to prepare a place for you. “If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also. John 14:2-3
“Coming again” is not the “Second Coming.” Rather, this is referencing His coming in the sky (receive you to Myself) to rescue the Church Age Believers via the Rapture. And then He’ll take us to His new place.
Based on what He did in the six days of creation, I’m looking forward to seeing what He’s done over the last 2000 years! I’m sure it will be quite impressive. In fact, we can’t even imagine how incredible it will be.
THINGS WHICH EYE HAS NOT SEEN AND EAR HAS NOT HEARD, AND which HAVE NOT ENTERED THE HEART OF MAN, ALL THAT GOD HAS PREPARED FOR THOSE WHO LOVE HIM.” 1Cor. 2:9 (roughly quoting Isaiah 64:4)
I think it’s fascinating that no matter how great you think heaven could be, it’s better than anything you can imagine. Anything! I can think of a lot of A+ situations, but it will be better than any of them!
This location, where Jesus has built/is building the new place for the Church Age Saints, is a different location from where those Believers who die in the Tribulation are going.
The Tribulation Saints go to the Throne of God to serve Him in His Temple.
After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could count, from every nation and all tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes, and palm branches were in their hands; Rev. 7:9b
“These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. For this reason, they are before the throne of God; and they serve Him day and night in His temple; Rev. 7:14b-15a
But Believers go to a different “place.”
I go to prepare a place for you. If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, there you may be also. John 14:2,3
This place (a “place,” not the “Throne of God,”) that Jesus has been building will be sort of temporary housing for Believers during the seven-year Tribulation.
2nd Coming
After the Tribulation, we’ll come back to the earth with Jesus at His Second Coming.
God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep (die or Raptured) in Jesus. 1Thes 4:14b
There is some debate as to who's in the "armies" in this next verse: Some think this is referring to angels because there will be angels coming with Jesus at the Second Coming.
“For the Son of Man is going to come in the glory of His Father with His angels," Matt. 16:27
“And then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the SON OF MAN COMING ON THE CLOUDS OF THE SKY with power and great glory. And He will send forth His angels ..." Matt. 24:30-31 “
But I think armies refers to Believers.
And the armies which are in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, were following Him on white horses. Rev. 19:14
Angels don't ride white horses of victory. They fly on their own. Nor are they ever pictured as wearing white linen.
So it's likely they are the Believers riding in victoriously with Christ in their new white robes. And if so, that's a lot of horses! Either way, there ARE animals in heaven!
So these two groups, the Raptured Believers and those saved in the Tribulation, even though both "reign with Christ," are unique and separate. Which makes sense because they are coming to heaven from different dispensations/different time periods.
And both are located somewhere in God‘s house in the third heaven during the Tribulation.
Getting Saved In The Tribulation
All during the Tribulation, an uncountable number of Believers will be dying for their faith and going to heaven. They arrive in heaven without their permanent resurrected bodies.
This is the same as Believers who died before Rapture—they go to heaven but they don’t yet have their permanent resurrected bodies. They get their eternal bodies at the Rapture.
So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown a perishable body, it is raised an imperishable body; it is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power; it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body. 1Cor. 15:42-44
New Digs
When Believers die prior to the Rapture, they get some type of temporary clothing to cover what the Bible calls a “living soul” (1Cor. 15:45). They will later be given their permanent/eternal resurrected bodies at the Rapture.
the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. 1Cor. 15:52
We know they'll have some kind of covering over their soul because at the transfiguration, Moses and Elijah appeared and no one mentioned that they were naked.
So they had been given a temporary covering over their eternal “souls” that made them physically identifiable until they get their permanent resurrected/eternal bodies.
When Jesus died on the cross, all the Old Testament Saints (who were waiting in Abraham’s bosom/Paradise—Luke 16:22; 23:43) had their sins wiped clean by Jesus’ blood atonement. Only then could they go to heaven.
And interestingly, on the way to heaven from the center of the earth (“paradise”) some stopped as they broke through the crust of the earth on their way from Paradise to heaven.
The tombs also were opened. And many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised, and coming out of the tombs after his resurrection they went into the holy city and appeared to many. Matt.27:52b-53
Imagine what it would have been like seeing a fellow Jew who died 10 years earlier, now alive and explaining that when they died they had to wait for Jesus the Messiah to pay for their sins so they could go to heaven!
You could make a good movie out of all those dead people coming back to life!! But again, no one mentioned any of them being naked! They had coverings, just not white robes!
Eventually, we’ll all get our permanent eternal bodies.
For we know that if the earthly tent which is our house is torn down, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. 2Cor. 5:1
So all the Saints who died from Adam to the Cross had temporary clothing until they receive their eternal bodies at the Second Coming.
Saints who died in the Church Age got temporary clothing until they get their new bodies at the Rapture.
The Saints who die in the Tribulation will have temporary clothing until they are resurrected into the Millennium with their new eternal bodies.
5 Groups In The Millennium
So you’ll have at least four groups on the earth in the Millennium:
1> Church Age Saints with eternal bodies
2> Tribulation Saints with eternal bodies
3> Old Testament Saints with eternal bodies
4> Mortals who made it through the Tribulation alive and those born in the Millennium.
5> And of course there’s the other group of all non-believers still wailing in Hades, waiting for the White Throne Judgment. (Rev. 20:5)
Included in that group is that guy from Luke 16 (19-31) still begging for just one single drop of water.
In Hades he lifted up his eyes, being in torment, and saw Abraham far away and Lazarus in his bosom. And he cried out and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus so that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool off my tongue, for I am in agony in this flame.’ Luke 16:23-24
Aren't you grateful that because of our Savior we're not in that group!

This study is bad news for the entire mRNA platform, not just the covid shots. Until now, the “consensus group” believed that the lipid nanoparticles (tiny globs of artificial fat carrying the mRNA payload) were immunologically neutral and can safely travel around the body without notice or harm.
NATO chief Mark Rutte on Thursday gave a major address in Berlin wherein he pleaded with members of the alliance to drastically step up joint defense efforts, in order to face down a coming conflict with Russia that could be "on the scale of war our grandparents and great-grandparents endured."
"Conflict is at our door. Russia has brought war back to Europe. And we must be prepared," he added while warning of the next world war."
He further asserted that Russia could be ready to use military force against NATO within five years
The December 14 New York Times piece, headlined Home-Schooled Kids Are Not All Right, calls for massive new government controls over homeschool families.
It comes just weeks after the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) released a shocking report demanding such regulation worldwide under the guise of “human rights.”
Pastor Martin Niemoller’s famous quote, whose words serve as a sober warning about the cost of silence:
“First they came for the Communists and I did not speak out, because I was not a Communist. Then they came for the Socialists and I did not speak out, because I was not a Socialist. Then they came for the trade unionists and I did not speak out, because I was not a trade unionist. Then they came for the Jews and I did not speak out, because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me, and there was no one left to speak out for me.”
This warning is once again relevant, as the cherished Christmas market has become a focal point of their hatred. Long seen as a symbol of joy and celebration, a place for families to gather and share time together, to enjoy hot chocolate and seasonal foods, and to experience nativity displays and carol singers. They are now labelled a “high-risk” environment that requires armed police, concrete security barriers, and anti-terror protocols. Many have simply closed.
