It’s pretty busy at Compass these days as we get ready for our Rosh Hashanah Rapture Watch on September 13 at 8 AM on Compass TV and YouTube. And if we’re still here at noon Eastern Time, our departure for our Biblelands Cruise is 10 days later. Puff puff.
And for a long shot...this Sunday is 7 days before September 13. If (huge "if"!) the Lord also gives us a 7-day heads up that the Rapture is coming like He did Noah (Gen. 7:4), the warning should be this Sunday, Sept. 6. But, again, it's a very long shot.
We still think the Rapture will likely occur in 2033, which is 2000 years after the Church Age began in 33 AD.
If for no other reason, we don't think our booming exit will happen this year because Russia doesn't have tens of thousands of its military in a cavalry available to invade at the 6th Seal of Revelation. Nor can it train a cavalry in a year.
But good grief, with all the prophecy lining up with Russia, Iran, Turkey, etc., and the push for peace in the Middle East, you certainly understand why people are excited about the prospects this Rosh Hashanah! Maybe we're wrong!

Thanks to the persistence of vaccine watchdog ICAN, the CDC was forced to hand over safety data it collected during the pandemic about the Covid jabs.
This will shock you, but the CDC apparently did not fully report severe side-effects.
A new preprint study from MIT researchers reviewed the data and concluded that 2% of people using the CDC’s “new and improved” smartphone app reported serious and long-lasting side effects, which were never, until now, made public.
The study is titled “Reporting on Prolonged Adverse Health Impact Among V-SAFE Enrollees.”
The study’s primary author is Retsef Levi, an MIT Sloan professor of operations management and healthcare analytics, who is now serving on the CDC’s ACIP vaccine approval committee (stayed by a judge) and its Covid-19 vaccine working group.
Here’s how the CDC’s “safe and effective” shell game worked.
When the shots started moving, with great fanfare CDC rolled out something it branded as a smartphone app: V-SAFE, the “after vaccination health checker.”
Registration opened December 13, 2020. Data collection started the next day using an online app Oracle built under a "donation agreement" with HHS.
Enthusiastic jab-getters signed up on their phones, and the CDC texted a link to a web survey. Every day for a week, then weekly. How is the arm? Any fever? Did you miss work? Were you unable to perform normal daily activities? Did you see a doctor?
If you said yes to medical care, a VAERS contractor might call. CDC later bragged about 10 million participants and 150 million check-ins, and treated the existence of the surveys as proof the safety system was working.
But, of course, there was a catch. The survey did the sorting for them. For the first week, V-SAFE handed users a short list of pre-specified checkboxes for innocuous side effects: sore arm, redness, itching, chills, headache, joint pain, muscle aches, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, belly pain, rash, fever. The expected stuff. Mild, moderate, or severe.
If anything else happened, users just got a free-text box, limited to 250 characters, to type it in themselves. After day seven, the checkboxes went away entirely. Weekly and later surveys asked only whether anything new or worse had shown up, and dumped that into free text too.
💉 Here is the trick: the CDC’s published safety papers only ran from the checkboxes. So the agency glowingly bragged about the numbers of sore arms and claimed that proved how “safe” the jabs were.
The free-text boxes, about 7.8 million entries, sat in a secret CDC vault until ICAN sued under FOIA to pry it out. CDC’s own methods paper even noted the surveys were not built to track how long those free-text problems lasted.
Apparently, despite all the bragging, CDC did not follow up on the free-text boxes, which was the only place all the bad stuff could be reported.
Well, Professor Levi analyzed the free-text boxes. Guess what? He found that out of 185,285 vaccine getters, nearly 2%, or 1 in 50, reported severe chronic symptoms. Of those, at the three-month mark, half explicitly reported being unable to work or do normal daily activities, a hospitalization, or a severe, potentially disabling event.
None of those had check boxes. None appeared in the CDC’s regular V-SAFE reports, which continued to describe all side-effect reports as mild and transient.
CDC’s V-SAFE administrator, Tom Shimabukuro, wrote in Lancet Infectious Diseases: “These data are reassuring that reactions to both mRNA vaccines are generally mild and subside after one or two days.”
💉 ICAN is the foundation set up by pandemic hero Del Bigtree. Its main lawyer is the equally heroic Aaron Siri of Siri & Glimstad.
ICAN sent its first Freedom of Information Act request (FOIA) to the CDC requesting the full, de-identified V-SAFE file in June 2021.
CDC first said it had no responsive records. Then, when pressed, it said that the data was not de-identified and risked breaching “privacy.” ICAN filed suit in December 2021, asked again for “all data,” and sued a second time in May 2022.
On September 8, 2022, the court ordered the CDC to cough it up. But what arrived on September 30 was five files of checkboxes. The free-text stayed in the vault.
In a November 2022 joint status report, CDC said it would not produce those fields and would not even agree to a briefing schedule. The hidden data included the 7.8 million entries.
A third case, Freedom Coalition of Doctors for Choice v. CDC, went to Judge Kacsmaryk in the Northern District of Texas.
CDC argued forcefully that producing the text was too burdensome, so it should never have to. It argued that, given its staffing limitations, it would take 59 years to review the entries to delete personally identifying information. Catch-22!
In January 2024, Judge Kacsmaryk ordered the CDC to turn over all 7.8 million entries, with the first slice due by February 15, 2024, and the rest by a year later on January 15, 2025.
Judge Kacsmaryk wrote in his order that production would “permit independent researchers to put the government agencies to their proof by considering all of the available data.”
Five years after ICAN filed suit, that full, de-identified V-SAFE file is the file Professor Levi analyzed. Somehow, with encouragement from a court order, the CDC managed to do it in fewer than 59 years after all. It was another pandemic miracle.
💉 It took only a few minutes’ research to find the study whitewashing CDC’s V-SAFE skullduggery. In October 2025, commissioned by the CDC, the National Academies of Science published this rancid take— but in hindsight, we find all the clues.
After commending the CDC on its “scientifically robust, timely, and effective monitoring and evaluation of vaccine risks throughout the COVID-19 pandemic,” the article summarizing the study admitted the public wasn’t buying it.
They noticed the CDC was constantly pushing jabs and not being a neutral, unbiased reporter. “The perceived overlap between ISO’s risk monitoring activities and CDC’s broader efforts to encourage vaccine use continues to raise public concerns about the objectivity of risk assessments.”
About V-SAFE, the Academies’ article conceded the “smartphone app” was never properly designed to find and monitor serious long-term vaccine injuries, but was only designed to find “expected, non-serious post-vaccination symptoms”:
Now they tell us.
Carefully, gingerly, doing its best to avoid giving offense, the Academy brought up the awkward inconsistency between what the CDC was saying publicly and what it had captured —without even trying— in V-SAFE’s 250-character free-text fields.
The CDC’s review process, the Academy noted, “occasionally led to concerns about the suppression or delay of legitimate scientific findings.” You don’t say.
What was the Academy’s main concern? The gaslit vaccine injured? No. It fretted about the CDC’s image. “Such broad statements, without substantive backing, risked undermining public trust by appearing overly promotional rather than factual.” Hucksterism instead of science.
This wasn’t an accident. CDC already knew the rule. In February 2005 —2005!— an Institute of Medicine panel told the agency that confidence in the CDC’s National Immunization Program’s (NIP) decisions was “tied directly to the perceived independence, transparency, and fairness” of its vaccine-safety data.
Shortly thereafter, then-Director Julie Gerberding pulled the safety shop out of NIP —the office that promotes shots— and said the split was to improve the safety branch’s “credibility and capability.”
Twenty years on, the National Academies just put the reason in one sentence: CDC’s safety department —the Immunization Safety Office (ISO)— left NIP “in response to concerns that the work of evaluating the risks from vaccines could not be done objectively if the staff were co-housed with the offices that promoted the use of vaccines.”
That was the 2005 finding. The CDC undid it for Covid.
To the extent that anyone cares about the CDC’s vaunted “public image” —I don’t— the agency is lying in the bed it made for itself.
The loss of public trust is a self-inflicted injury, the equivalent of stepping on a rake on purpose. Giving the agency the benefit of all doubt as to its real motivations, the CDC made the short-sighted decision to use its institutional reputation to grease the rails of covid-shot-pushing.
Public health can not now blame anti-vaxxers and misinformers. Not with a straight face. It knew exactly what would happen— and did it anyway.
They almost got away with it. Those meddling kids! But for one courageous Texas judge, the real V-SAFE data would have rotted in the CDC’s secure “privacy” vault. The Reckoning™ strikes again, using their own data.

God offered blessings within the Promised Land conditionally, related to the Israelites’ obedience. Yet God also made an unconditional vow that Israel would have the Promised Land “for all time.”
How long is “for all time”? In the book of Revelation, we see Israel as a central focus. In the end times, Israel faces many difficulties, yet that Tribulation concludes with the Messiah reigning from His throne in Jerusalem, the capital of Israel.
Revelation concludes with a new heaven, new earth, and new Jerusalem. The promise of Deuteronomy 4:40 is a far-seeing promise, extending to the end of this world’s existence and even into the time of the new earth.
Many other passages of Scripture support the fact that Israel will possess the Promised Land forever.
For example, God spoke to Isaac in Genesis 26:3, saying, “Stay in this land for a while, and I will be with you and will bless you. For to you and your descendants I will give all these lands and will confirm the oath I swore to your father Abraham.”
The Lord also spoke to Jacob in Genesis 28:13–14 with similar words: “There above it stood the Lord, and he said: ‘I am the Lord, the God of your father Abraham and the God of Isaac. I will give you and your descendants the land on which you are lying. Your descendants will be like the dust of the earth, and you will spread out to the west and to the east, to the north and to the south. All peoples on earth will be blessed through you and your offspring.’”

The “Shingles Vaccine Miracle:” When Observational Studies Become Marketing
Two new studies published in Nature Medicine and the Annals of Internal Medicine are making headlines with a seductive claim: the recombinant shingles vaccine may slash your risk of heart disease and dementia.
The Corsi-Zuelli paper reports a 9% reduction in cardiovascular events. The Hayes paper, published in Annals, claims a 25% reduction in dementia risk. From an epidemiological perspective these are tiny effect sizes.
It’s a beautiful story. Get your jab, protect your heart, save your brain. Who wouldn’t want that?
The problem is that the story is almost certainly false. And the reasons it’s false reveal everything wrong with how the vaccine establishment manufactures evidence when it needs to move product.
Translation: They pay people to manipulate data to falsely show results that are not true... the liars continue to lie.

There are billions of fragments of human cellular debris and DNA from the cultured cell line of an aborted fetus in every injected dose of MMR (measles, mumps, rubella), chicken pox, and hepatitis A vaccines.
Because viruses multiply in cells, living cells are used to grow viruses for vaccine production, including the cultured cell lines of aborted fetuses.
Two such cell lines are MRC-5 and WI-38, which are described by a company that sells them as follows:
The MRC-5 cell line was derived from normal lung tissue of a 14-week-old male embryo…
and
WI-38 cell line is the first human diploid cell line to be used in human vaccine preparation … [and was] isolated from the lung tissue of a 3-month-old, female, embryo.
The ingredients of chickenpox, rubella, and hepatitis A vaccines each include cellular and DNA pieces from these fetal cell lines.
According to the CDC’s Vaccine Excipient Table, Varivax (chickenpox) includes “MRC-5 human diploid cells including DNA & protein,” M-M-R II (which includes rubella) includes “WI-38 human diploid lung fibroblasts,” and Havrix (hepatitis A) includes “MRC-5 cellular proteins.”
As for the quantity of human DNA in each vial, for Varivax, as the FDA explains: “human MRC-5 cells are the substrate upon which the Oka strain of varicella is grown.
In the process of isolating virus from these cells, MRC-5 derived proteins and DNA are also obtained. The nearly 2 ug [2,000 nanograms] of unmodified mammalian DNA present in each dose of VARIVAX…”
That's a reason to reject those va((ines for "religious" purposes!

The new formulations were approved before their human safety and immunogenicity studies even began.
The FDA has approved Pfizer and Moderna’s new 2026–2027 XFG-adapted mRNA COVID-19 vaccines even though the XFG-specific evidence publicly presented to regulators was preclinical animal data involving just 8–10 mice per group.
The reach of these dangerous approvals is sweeping: Pfizer can now be given to every American age 65 and older and to “high-risk” individuals as young as 5, while Moderna extends all the way down to “high-risk” infants just 6 months old.
The human safety and immunogenicity studies of the new formulations had not even begun when FDA granted approval.
Pfizer’s new COMIRNATY formulation was approved on August 27, 2026, while its prospective human study of the 2026–2027 formula is scheduled to begin August 31—four days later.

A California judge dismissed the DOJ's lawsuit, allowing schools to continue permitting transgender girls to compete on girls' teams. The ruling indicates that California's policy does not violate Title IX, as the federal government failed to provide adequate notice regarding potential funding consequences.

1. Without Israel, we do not have the gospel.
Jesus said that “salvation is of the Jews” (John 4:22). The message of reconciliation and peace with God didn’t originate with any Gentile nation or even the church. It was through God’s promise to Abraham, of descendants and a great nation, that the world would be blessed (Genesis 12:1–3). God set apart Israel for His purposes and to represent Him in the world (Exodus 19:5–6).
2. Without Israel, we do not have our Jewish Savior, Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ, according to the flesh, is the descendant of Israel’s patriarchs—Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Romans 9:5). He is identified with the people of Israel, as the apostle John wrote, “He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him” (John 1:11). Jesus also confirmed He was the King of the Jews (Mark 15:2).
3. Without Israel, we do not have the revelation of God’s Word and will for our lives.
The covenants, the giving of the Law, the service of God, and the promises belong to Israel (Romans 9:4). These are presented throughout the Old Testament Scriptures for our knowledge and benefit (2 Timothy 3:16–17). We also owe our New Testament Scriptures to Jewish authors.
4. Without Israel, we do not have a tree of spiritual blessing to be grafted into.
By God’s grace, Gentiles have been “grafted into the olive tree” (cf. Romans 11:17–18). This tree represents the covenantal blessings of salvation, originally given to Israel, through the Abrahamic Covenant. Gentiles are therefore commanded not to have any arrogance toward Israel in its temporary rejection of Christ, for Gentiles are not the root source of blessing but participants by God’s grace.
5. Without Israel, we do not have the foundation of the church.
The church was built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, who are of Israel (Ephesians 2:2). Furthermore, the composition of the early church was predominantly Jewish. The church gradually transitioned to a greater “Gentile membership” under the ministry of the apostle Paul. However, we owe the establishment of the Christian church to Jewish believers in Christ.
6. Without Israel, we do not have the Second Coming of Jesus.
Biblical prophecy reveals that, in response to Israel calling on His name, Jesus Christ will return in glory to this earth to save the nation at the climax of the Tribulation. Jesus declared to Israel, “You shall see Me no more till you say, ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD’” (Matthew 23:39).
The prophet Zechariah also highlighted the Israel-centric return of Christ. God will pour out a spirit of grace upon the remnant of Israel to recognize Jesus as its true Messiah, to repent and call upon His name (12:10; 13:9). Jesus will then fight on Israel’s behalf against the nations gathered against it. He will physically return to Jerusalem and stand on the Mount of Olives, causing it to split in two (14:1–5). And from that day, Jesus Christ will be King over all the earth (14:9).
7. Without Israel, we do not have a future Kingdom to inherit.
Jesus Christ, as King David’s “greater son,” will fulfill God’s covenant to establish David’s throne forever. Jesus will be Israel’s King and rule His Kingdom from David’s throne in Jerusalem (2 Samuel 7:12–16). In his gospel, Luke confirms that Jesus fulfills this promise to David (1:32–33).
Israel also will be the central nation of Christ’s Kingdom on Earth. The prophet Jeremiah prophesied, “At that time Jerusalem shall be called The Throne of the LORD, and all the nations shall be gathered to it, to the name of the LORD, to Jerusalem” (Jeremiah 3:17; cf. Isaiah 2:2–5; Zechariah 8:22–23).
8. Without Israel, we do not have assurance of the gospel and our salvation.
If God can reject Israel and revoke His unconditional promises, He can also reject us and revoke our promises of salvation and eternal life (Romans 11). However, despite Israel’s present disobedience in rejection of Christ, by no means has God rejected Israel (v. 1)! For the gifts and calling of God are irrevocable (v. 29).
Likewise, despite our disobedience, we receive salvation by the mercy of God through faith in Christ. And this salvation is eternally assured by the demonstration of God’s eternal faithfulness to Israel.
The gospel, our assurance of salvation, and the fulfillment of God’s promises are all tied to Israel. That’s why Israel matters so much! And that’s why teaching about Israel and eschatology is not only necessary but essential to our understanding of God’s Word and the hope we have in our soon-coming Savior, Israel’s Messiah, Jesus Christ.
