At the end of our Israel tour we'll travel to Eilat on the Red Sea, then cross into Jordan to visit Petra, the Dead Sea and Mt. Nebo! This brings to life more of the Bible than you can imagine. In Eilat we’ll do a relaxing Red Sea lunch cruise as we’ll be staying on the Boardwalk, on the beach. There is optional snorkeling and scuba diving in the clearest water on the planet. Then we’ll cross the border to Jordan and travel to Wadi Musa (Valley of Moses) where Petra is located and after overnighting in Petra we'll spend the final two nights at the Dead Sea (Jordan side) before flying home from Amman.
Petra today is devoid of civilization as the Nabeteans deserted the area 1700 years ago. But what they left is beyond incredible. Many Bible scholars believe this is the place mentioned in the Book of Revelation where the Jews will be protected by the Lord during the last 3 1/2 years of the Tribulation.
We’ll also visit Mt. Nebo and look at the view Moses had when he first viewed the Promised Land--and swim in the Dead Sea from the Jordanian side.
Witness and study even more of the land, the people, the history and the wonder of the Holyland!
